    NEXUS is different than TSA Pre Check. But NEXUS does include TSA PreCheck

      @natashtepa  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is correct. NEXUS covers TSA PreCheck, so you don’t have to pay for it separately

      @@natashtepa I don't think your information is 100% correct. Although, they function the same, but where and how NEXUS is used and who can use it, is different that Glabal Entry.
      Also, TSA Pre ✅️ is NOT guaranteed with NEXUS, but it is with Global Entry.

      @@JQCHealthyFit-rc2kmKnow there are actual details missed in this video, like TSA Pre ✅️ isn't guaranteed with anything but Global Entry.

    How long does it take to receive the Nexus card? I am booking my interview soon, but was wondering how long it takes to receive the card/ full approval.

    • @natashtepa
      @natashtepa  ปีที่แล้ว

      It usually takes several months from start to finish. It all depends on the backlog. Once you are invited to the interview, you’re basically in the finish line. After the interview is done, you should receive your NEXUS card in mail within 2 weeks.

      Yup thanks for the replies. I applied Nov 2022, got a conditional approval July 2023, scheduled my interview for the mid October and got my physical card approx 2 weeks after.

    Do I need us passport control if I have nexus? I am Canadian.

    • @natashtepa
      @natashtepa  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi there! With Nexus card you still need to go through passport control. It’s just going to be faster. And if you are traveling only between Canada and US, you can use your Nexus card instead of your passport. Hope this helps and let us know if you have any more questions:)

    is tsa pre check and global entry same with nexus ? so i can use nexus for global entry?

    • @natashtepa
      @natashtepa  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They are not the same, but TSA precheck and Global Entry are included in Nexus. So yes, you can use them with your Nexus card

    • @Caderic
      @Caderic 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      From what I am learning, you can use Global Entry anywhere Nexus or Sentri is used, but not the other way around. And you get TSA Pre ✅️ with Global Entry.
      Each of the programs (excluding Pre ✅️) function the same. The difference is where they are avaliable, and to whom they are avaliable.
      Nexus is a jount program for US & Can citizens and is avaliable only at the US/Can boarder. Sentri is the sam for US/Mex. Where those two are in both directions, Global Entry is only one way into the US and at all/most entry points. All three of these are for air, land or sea entries.
      TSA Pre ✅️ make airport security faster and easier.
      I would challenge everyone, do your own research. And if I am wrong about anything, let me know. I am learning myself, and want correct information.

      Hi there. It is all very individual, depending on your application. Some of our subscribers shared that it only took them several weeks, and for some it takes about a year. I can surely say that it’s improved since Covid backlogs!
      Are you planning to apply soon? Keep in mind, that application fee is increasing starting October 1st, from $50 to $120 USD
