Wow, usually I have to sift through at least 2 or 3 garbage tutorials from Microsoft and other know-nothings, but once in a while, I happen upon a legitimately useful one.
For some reason Windows wouldn't show the option to delete an account, so the command prompts did it for me!

I have 2 problem if you could help when I come to use the command prompt one I both user accounts have the same name (with caps) if you know how I can fix that let me know (also the other user dosent exist in settings)
Bro I need help it says can’t perform this operation on built-in account which is a local account. It doesn’t let me delete that one but it lets me delete my main account. Please help.

I really like your videos and your explanations are so clear and detailed. I have one question. Supposing I have about 5 accounts that I intend deleting, and I wants to use the command prompt ,can I delete all at the same time or I have to do it one after the other?
You best do it one at a time. As you can see, it would not take long at all to delete 5 accounts. When using the method two, you only need to enter the commands once. Simply pressing the up arrow key will recall all the previous commands you entered.

If I want to delete the administrator account can i just change to one of the guests accounts so that the guest account becomes administrator account? and then delete the one that was administrator account first?
