- And so, we set sail again, this time we're leaving the Scottish fishing port of Mallaig and heading under the Skye bridge to quiet village of Plockton. Then after quick stopover at Portree on the isle of Skye we'll be sailing into the beautiful bay of Acairseid Mhor on the majestic Isle of Rona.

Superb footage as always, agree with your observation on the moorings, Lochranza is similar it shows as an anchorage on the chart but is rammed full of moorings🤔.
No tacking on gruffalo it’s not allowed spills the tea.
Glad you enjoyed the video.
Yes, unfortunately the mooring overspill problem seems to now be widespread in Scotland.
Get yourself a gimbaled cup holder. you need to protect that tea at all costs 😉
You need to eat gingernuts, best thing for "seasickness"
You keep sailing and I'll keep making up words! 😉
Thank you for the beautifuls "images " !! Salutations from Belgium 😜
Awesome under water photography
Thank you so much 👍
I love those little alleys between houses, So coastal Britian. Just a shame they are disappearing.🇬🇧
seen our boat in Plockton ❤
Brilliant ⛵🌅
Thank you for sharing that beautiful journey footage. Really enjoyed it.
Hi from Cookie on pontoon C.
Hi brought back memories ….. and you only stayed in Plockton for a night !!!! It’s mandatory to stay at least 4 days as the force 8 winds pass through
Trying to consume a bowl of soup at an angle while sitting out Storm Kathleen, watching this is a welcome reminder of what lies ahead………Thanks, as always. (PS It wasn’t a rant, just a reasoned observation 😊.)
We hope you didn't spill the soup, and have a great year sailing. 😜
Excellent video thank
Another great video with good underwater shot of the prop in action
Fantastic ⛵️
If I may respectfully advise you about the pronunciation of the name of your fine boat - the Welsh word 'Hiraeth' (a longing for your much-loved homeland) is pronounced ' HEER/eye/th' with the emphasis on the first 4 letters 'HEER'.
Many thanks for the great videos & fair winds to you!
Hi there
We're delighted you enjoyed the episode.
Our apologies for the slight mispronunciation. We even have the phonetic spelling in our channel description. 😥
Fair winds too....
