Hello from Germany. In May this year i had hip replacement surgery.A week later then Rehaklinik. Four days in Rehab, and then back to hospital where i had to lie o nmy back for 3 weeks. This was an alternative to surgery renewal. Now i have been strugglng to walk normally .After a search through TH-cam I found several well balanced Videos ,but got stuck to your channel. In the meantime i am hooked on,and making progress which at some point I had not even hope anymore after the complications regarding surgery,i now enjoy mainly daily sessions, and even have a bad conscience if I skip one,Thank you so much❤ for your well explained Videos that even Oldies like myself can manage,Kate
I love these exercises, thanks Mike for encouraging us seniors to strengthen our legs and prevent falls. I’ve started doing these every morning, and I increase the reps a little each day. 😊
Just finished another of your great short workouts which are great to do when one is short of time. Thanks for the reminders to stand up tall and breathe!!
Hello Mike. My wife is Varina ... she is a big fan of yours. She has encouraged me to start exercising with you. I've had two major spine surgeries in the last 3 1/2 years and still suffer with pain immensely. I really think these exercises will help. Thank you! Steve
i have just found you today, i was wondering if any of the exercises can help with my osteoarthritis which i have in my lower back and neck both of which make my muscles tight
Thank you so much for sharing and making this video. Overcoming pride and realising the physical strength I once had, is being lovingly restored with the grace of gentle encouragement of God-given people like you. All my life natural exercises over the hills and rugged countryside was my lifestyle. However, Having stroke in 2017 has certainly caused family and life changes. While This 2020 year has brought life challenges to the world, for me personally especially over the lockdown period here in NZ these have been bittersweet weeks but are becoming “sweeter “ each day. Since discovering your exercises God is replacing PRIDE & Arrogance with His HUMILITY and JOY. As I listen, do and follow instructions, I hear Gods voice through you,. “Well done, Ngarau In your weakness, I AM YOUR STRENGTH. LIVE and be happy! Very grateful. xxx🥰🥰
I do a little bit of standing every day to maintain some strength in my legs and bone density. I've had multiple sclerosis for a little over 40 years and I can no longer walk. I have almost no balance and it feels like my feet are nailed to the floor. But I can stand holding on to something in front of me to balance myself. At least it's better than nothing.
Sue, you're doing an amazing job by staying consistent with your standing exercises! Every bit of effort helps maintain strength and stability. Keep it up, and remember, progress is progress, no matter how small. You've got this!
@MoreLifeHealth Thank you so much for the encouragement !! My family has all passed away and I am 64 years old. I really really really appreciate your encouragement !!!
Hope you enjoy this shorter exercise video everyone! Let me know how you went below and I'll see you soon for more exercise videos!! 🕺🕺🕺
Great video. Sometimes when you don't feel motivated, 5 minutes inspires you to get moving!
That's one of the reasons I'll be making more of the shorter ones. Happy to hear you liked it Donna :)
Thanks Mike, I got a little lazy 😩 but I’m now back on board. Love your exercises I just need to stick with it 😉

My back was stiff & a little painful from standing at my easel. I did these leg exercises & the pain is gone! Thank you, Mr. Mike!
Those excercises are excellent. Could you please tell me if a person with osteomalacia can do them to strengthen the knees? Thank you so much.
I actually managed the squat sequence without hesitation, at long last :) :) Jan
Awesome Jan! You're continuing to make great progress. :)
I do these with some light ankle weights. Thanks.
