I'm 87 and recently found legs growing weaker. I start on your chair exercises about a month ago and honestly I'm so pleasedl My legs are getting stronger every day. (Burlington, Ontario, Canadal)
This was excellent. Did a great stregth day on legs, arms and core. It makes me grateful that MHLS and Mike have videos for those of who are planning to stick with this and continue to take on more challenges to improve my fitness. Thank you so much again
Thank you. These are some of the exercises that I can do. They look so simple, but I can only do them every second day. They are easier to do while listening to you. It’s been a year since I last went on a hike.
I enjoyed this workout and look forward to seeing my leg strength improve. I am seeing more and more videos showing up as new! When they are from NEW! We may be old but will notice when the background is not white and the plants are a different size.
Hi Mike I am recovering from foot surgery (third operation).. no direction from surgeon on rehab. After 3months no e weight bearing, so will start to work through these, they look good, always enjoy your videos thank you Bridget from New Zealand

Grateful Mike for the new complete seated video to strengthen my legs. I had no difficulty in following you in spite of my bilateral severe arthrosis. In fact it felt great afterwards.
I'm 84 in a wheelchair bc of a motorcycle accident when I was 19. Swimming once or twice a week is my main exercise but it's not enough to strengthen all the muscles in my leg. I followed along as you exercised every leg muscle and could feel the benefit. I will make this a regular practice. Thank you from Toronto Canada.
We are following your videos. Today we did the sixty minute kickbox workout. Guess we're not as intermediate as we thought. (Huff puff) Stan is 79, I'm 75. We've lost a ton of weight through Paleo/ Keto/Carnivore and trying to build up our strength and stamina to keep up with our two-year-old and ten-month grandchildren. (Baby took five steps yesterday and if he walks as fast as he crawls you'll have to train us to sprint. ) Anyway, we are getting stronger and we are enjoying the challenges you share with us. I'm so familiar with all the leg exercises featured which I've been doing forever. I really liked the 2 quicker ones. Knowing what was coming next, I began the reps immediately and managed to get in many more than prescribed. This targeted approach is valuable and I appreciate this addition to your exercise library. Thank you Mike so much for these seated exercises. I will begin with these and then incorporate the standing ones. My daughter was concerned about the standing exercises pulling on my back which does go into spasms if pulled the wrong way. I am going to NYC at the end of November so need to be in shape for walking and seeing all the sights at that time of year.

Hi Mike! I bought the band and it was a “moderate” level. Is that Beginning Level? Also should I do all the band exercises without first until I master those and then use the band or is it okay if I just do as many reps as I can with the band and build up? Thank you for any suggestions!
Hi there. It’s great that you’re taking the initiative to work on your strength, even at 20. If the exercises feel challenging, try modifying them to suit your comfort level. Did ex post 35 min walk. A good cool down ex. Had ACL repair on r leg and post r partial nephrectomy. This helping me in my recovery
