I would think the runners on the adjustable sides would keep the weaving perpendicular to the base so you have a more precise products without gaps. I love the other adjustments though. I added a second hole and a longer piece on the adjustable end on the right. Thanks for the video.
Sure, I'm still around, just doing other projects. I've gotten buckles at Hobby Lobby and from Amazon. I think the two sizes in the video are 1/2" and 5/8". It just depends on how many strands of paracord you're going to have going through them.
