Counter sink some machine bolts, then counter sink the lock down nut on top. Then you can use wing nuts for the clasp holds also. Little easier than a screw driver, probably no quicker tho , Great job as is!
Good video. I like the fast forward. One of subject. Where did you get that glue bottle? Can't find one locally, HD, Lowes etc. Glue bottles that I have are a PITA. slow getting out and the tips have to be chiseled out all of the time.
what kind of wood is ''MDF''? what kind of ruler/guide were you using? what size bolt did you use? what size bit did you use for the pilot holes for the buckles? how did you keep the drill straight while making the pilot holes?
the one lesson i've learned from watching these videos(mr coop;etal)is that in order to make a really nice paracord jig,you need: A) a fully stocked wood shop
