  • This ballet workout is for all levels...no prior experience needed. Follow along as best as you can and I guarantee you’ll feel the burn in all the right places. We’ll get that heart rate up to burn calories and fat while stretching, strengthening, and sculpting long lean dancer muscles!

    Of course i loved it. No pilate since several months due to shoulder injury, so i traine to become a balet dancer (at 64 years old lol 🤣. Thank you for the Masquerade as finisher. Karen Carpenter is my one favorite female singer.

    I am 100% a ballet newbie, but found even clumsy me could follow along to this workout! I love this and want to add it to my weekly workout regime. I feel so graceful and flexible after just this one simple video! :)

    I was looking for inner thigh exercise because my dance teacher told me I need to strengthen my inner thigh muscles. Consequently, I came across your video.     Hi. Do you have any idea of how many calories are burned by doing this workout? I know it changes a lot by person, but I know you can estimate it.

      Maria Eduarda Sodini Yes, it is very individual based on your current weight and how much effort you put into it...but according to my calorie calculator it’s around 120 calories! 👍🏼🥰💕
