    This is really exciting! yes....if I ever have a house built, it will have outlets galore! They are cheap to put in....and one would never having to be hunting for one or running a long extension cord.

    Good for you guys. To build a custom home like that in Phoenix would cost you a million bucks. Keep enjoying life your way....only way to go! Timmy C Arizona

    I have just started watching your videos and following you. I love Mexico and have traveled around some. Last year we stayed in La Paz for 3 months and San Jose del Cabo for 2 months. We stayed in Cerritos Beach for a week, a vacation from San Jose del Cabo when hurricane Olaf hit. I feel in love with the area. I was mesmerized by the sunset one night and really felt I could live there. I got to boogie board at the beach. Met some new people at a local restaurant hangout, swam in our condo’s pool, and felt yeah I could live there. So I really enjoy watching your story. Of course I have so many questions. I’ll just keep watching and learning. Maybe I will come down there and buy a lot and build my house too.

      Hi Debbie, thank you for watching. It was the same for us. We visited and fell in love and never went back 😊. If you’re ever back in the area let us know.

    Around how much would be the cost of the whole project like that??

    • @rvseeingyou
      @rvseeingyou  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Martha, this is a hard question to answer as there are numerous variables however just the construction could cost 150 - 200k USD. I sure depending on location it could be less or more.

    Hi, I'm thinking of building an extension to my casa in Todos Santos and have just had a horrible experience with a builder from La Paz. I am interested in your contractor and would like to know what percentage of the total cost of the build you were required to pay for the first payment to start the build. Thanks in advance.

    • @rvseeingyou
      @rvseeingyou  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, it was 40%. I don’t know if that’s standard for them or not. Sorry to hear about your experience with the other builder!

      Not all of it, but some does. We use it to water the trees.

    Reason they stay on premises is so that people don't go and steal materials
