- 2022 Yamaha YZ250FX: This is part two of our ride on Moon Rocks Trail in Marquette, Michigan! I'll say that the yz250fx isn’t exactly the best bike for this kind of riding but it does get the job done! This is definitely my favorite Michigan Single Track to date by far!

National Enduro held there this fall. Been riding there since the late 90's. Can't wait for your Porterfield vid. Keep up the good videos!

I have a 19 yz250fx I bought new, I had to get suspension done to carry my weight, I put a 400 cam throttle tamer on it to calm it down, 53t rear sprocket from a 51t, GPR steering stabilizer and over sized gummy front and rear tires to help with traction and rocks and tree roots hitting rims, and added a kick starter just in case, I love my bike and have learned to ride it and be able to do the same as the 2t on the gnarly stuff, and I very rarely stall it, it's all in the clutch use

I saw you in the hare scramble this weekend. I’m on a 350 xcf but really debating pulling trigger on a 250fx or 450fx. How do you like it? I’m a bigger guy. No really reason for me to change lol just have been on KTM for 9 years so want to change it up
I mean I love my FX. The 250 has plenty of power for me. Bunch of guys I know from down south all went over to the yzfx from ktm. They all race and love it. It’s probably personal preference but I’ve thought about trying something else but the bike is just so good for me. Did you see me in the race or at the racers meeting?

Any advice on meeting people to ride with? I’m afraid to ride alone because I don’t want to get hurt :/ Huge fan of the videos!!
If you go to any of the trail heads in the morning between 8-10 somebody will always let you hop in. Also you can join the Michigan Motorcycle Trail Riders on Facebook which is easy to connect with people. I’ll be racing for another month or so then I’d be available.

I mostly run the keefer free feeling map.

Headed up to Marquette for the mtb trails fest. Brining my moto bike up there this time as well. Will have one day to ride. Any recommendations?
Bass Lake is super fun! Porterfield Lake is great to but a little more technical.
why you belive your yz250fx is not the best bike for this kind of riding ?

Usually have Keefer Hard Hitting in #1 and Keefer Free Feeling in #2
