The underworld needs more exploring. There are so many things to flesh out. A movie about Amelia would be most important. Of all the elders, she’s the only prominent one we saw absolutely nothing about.

I am from the Czech Republic. According to the film, the Eastern Coven is indeed situated in the Czech Republic, not in Prague though. The castle we could see in the film was Castle Hluboká which is located in the southern part of the country, not far from České Budějovice (the capital of South Bohemian Region). This makes total sense. Victor's coven (the Old World Coven) was situated in Hungary, and the main seat of power (and place where the elders hibernated) was set in Budapest, the capital city of Hungary. Amelia must have been a very powerful Bohemian noble. In the war with the first werewolfs, a great amount of silver was needed to fight the beasts. Therefore, Bohemia was a very important region for the vampires. Why? Because in Kutná Hora, there was the biggest silver mine in Europe. Therefore, Amelia provided Victor and Markus with the necessary amount of silver to make weapons against the first werewolfs. In exchange, she was offered immortality and eternal beauty.
Also it's implied in Underworld Evolution that she was a military commander in her own right as Viktor ordered one of his soldiers to go get her when in a situation where extra manpower was required.

Although i enjoyed most of the films i was left thinking it was a waste of potential. Something set in this world written well would make a great 6-8 episode series.
They just literally wasted Amelia's character! How can a vampire elder just got killed so easily! Other two elders were killed by Selene which they deserved but Amelia! She had a good heart! She did everything to save her son David unlike Victor, who just killed his own daughter! We needed one movie focusing on Amelia. They kinda wasted Micheal's character too.
I wish Scott Speedman returned as Michael. Although I love this franchise to bits, everything felt off about the movies after his departure and seemed as if the writers were scrambling to make sense as to why Michael is gone and then bloop, dead. The coven underneath the dam was probably using very little electricity so they could not be tracked by humans. We are pretty smart for being such a weak group of people, that is how they do track people down in movies by looking for areas with a higher temperature than it should be or a higher power usage.
One thing I wish they kept consistent is the elder strength. The Lycans easily killed the elders in the first movie but after that movie all of a sudden an elder can kill like 15 lycans easily

The Nordic Coven is located in a Castle like fortress most likely somewhere between Norway and/or Finland, while the coven that Sonja and Andreas Tanis were members of along with Viktor and Lucian took over after the fall when Lycans battled the vampires for control over was the The original old world Coven location in a castle known as Castle Corvinus presumably located in either Hungary, Romania or the Hungarian-Romanian borders zone.
I was tight when Amelia died but after realizing what she did too William I was like good for her. Markus would have been the new Vlad Tepes in this series.

I was hoping they would have done a movie about how Alexander got the virus to become immortal and his twin sons first got bit by a wolf & bat. Alexander had to have another son who was like Alexander. He left and after generations, the virus went dorment. There are so many stories they could tell with this.

I'd assume "Houses" refers to Families, or Clans. Which would be several within a Coven with the greater House gaining regent, as in the old feudal ranking rystems.
Crv might have more space than the cx50 but there is one thing Mazda excels at and that’s drive quality, I own a cx5 and and yes the rav 4 is bigger and the crv is too, but both of them are extremely loud compared to the cx5 and the build quality in the interior is noticeably higher

I've always been a bit disappointed in how weak the vampires seem in these movies. I mean except for Victor or Marcus or Saleen, all others just look like a paper house in a hurricane.
I have a question. You said the offspring of the Elders like Sonja and David are trained to be Elders themselves and are very respected. Well now that Selene is an Elder. How is Eve going to be treated? Will they respect her because she's Selene's daughter or will they look down on her since she's part Lycan? Another similar question regarding Michael Corvin. If Underworld 6 is made and Michael returns. Because he has come back from the dead before. How will he be treated as well? You said they can climb through the ranks if they are romantically involved with someone of a high status, related to a vampire of high status or performed a heroic feat. Michael is Selene's Lover, Marcus' decdent nephew and he killed William Corvinus the first and most powerful Werewolf ever. So Michael has everything to skip through the ranks. Here's how I see the future of the new Vampire Elders and what Covens they will rule. David: The Eastern Coven. Lena: The Nordic Coven. Selene: The Corvin Coven (a new Coven named in honour of her Lover). I can see Michael as the new leader of the Lycans. He rules the Corvin Coven with Selene. A Coven where Vampires and Lycans live together in peace. With Eve as their heir.
What I am not sure about, Cog, is how one that is already "dead" can be "killed " and I agree with a previous comment that Amelia seemed considerably vulnerable means she is an Elder. I mean, look, the rest of the entourage could and would be slaughtered by the Lycans. But not Amelia. She would have slaughtered a remarkable number of them, beforehand, if she were meant to be killed.

Amelia is not a princess. She is one of the three grand elders. Other two are Victor and Marcus.

Crv might have more space than the cx50 but there is one thing Mazda excels at and that’s drive quality, I own a cx5 and and yes the rav 4 is bigger and the crv is too, but both of them are extremely loud compared to the cx5 and the build quality in the interior is noticeably higher

I guess they wanted to modernize the two warring factions (lycans and vamps). And while the vampires were better organized, overall they are weaker than the lycans. Physically anyway..

I've always been a bit disappointed in how weak the vampires seem in these movies. I mean except for Victor or Marcus or Saleen, all others just look like a paper house in a hurricane.
I have a question. You said the offspring of the Elders like Sonja and David are trained to be Elders themselves and are very respected. Well now that Selene is an Elder. How is Eve going to be treated? Will they respect her because she's Selene's daughter or will they look down on her since she's part Lycan?
Another similar question regarding Michael Corvin. If Underworld 6 is made and Michael returns. Because he has come back from the dead before. How will he be treated as well?

Here's how I see the future of the new Vampire Elders and what Covens they will rule.
David: The Eastern Coven.
Lena: The Nordic Coven.
Selene: The Corvin Coven (a new Coven named in honour of her Lover).
I can see Michael as the new leader of the Lycans. He rules the Corvin Coven with Selene. A Coven where Vampires and Lycans live together in peace. With Eve as their heir.
If they follow common vampire (the masquerade) lore then a house means a bloodline.
What I am not sure about, Cog, is how one that is already "dead" can be "killed " and I agree with a previous comment that Amelia seemed considerably vulnerable means she is an Elder. I mean, look, the rest of the entourage could and would be slaughtered by the Lycans. But not Amelia. She would have slaughtered a remarkable number of them, beforehand, if she were meant to be killed.
