I went to mechanic class in college, but then ended up driving truck across country for 12 years. Now I'm back messing with my truck for myself trying to save money on repairs. Whats the best lubrication for those? WD40? Silicone spray?
It depends on what your trying to oil. I have never lubed the internal stuff but if you want to oil the lock cylinders I use dry graphite spray. Sprays on wet and drys inside

looks similar to a 1980s crown victoria
@Skeeter_Dee that particular cylinder was used in lots of different ford vehicles up until they stopped making the e series vans.
