I started using D-Mannose about 2yrs ago for my chronic UTI's and I have not needed to go on antibiotics since. I was having prescription after prescription (ten times in one year!) Finally I saw a specialist and was advised to use D-Mannose. It was amazing, I couldnt believe it! So every time it feels a bit weird like I am going to get an infection, I just have some D-Mannose for a couple of days and the sensation is gone!
@@yb32 You now get a little measuring spoon with the D-Mannose, so just 1 and take it for about 2-3 days......once or twice a day. depending on how bad you are
@@angiemcdonald4248 ok thank you :) some people were suggesting taking one dose every 3 hours for acute cases. It's a supplement but still, I don't want to overkill.
@@yb32 It wouldn't hurt to take it every 3hrs... I'm sure it wouldn't take very long for the symptoms to ease, then disappear ....just looked on the box....it says no more than 6 a day .

D mannose worked when I was younger but later in perimenopause didn’t work anymore because it was stubborn bacteria
Estrogen cream is amazing for recurrent uti and also nhs do not test on specific bacteria I had to pay private
