I thought you blocked on Secondary 2s. You should be at 7 at the end of combat, I think. You blocked, drank a potion and then blocked again and then killed them.

So the rules state you can only make 1 door per wall or is that a player choice?

I think I only make one door per wall... did I not follow that rule somewhere in the video? The rule states one per wall and there's an optional rule for placement, but it says you can choose.
