New here, I was looking for battlereport for deth wizards and.. Nice content mate as you said (and as anyone with a new rule system would be prone to do so) there were mistake done, but the learning comes from mistakes, I've enjoyed your "pop up cards" on the montage of the videos when you were explaining rules or rolling for the actions of the heros. Lookin forward to see more content 🤘

FYI when you search the market you are only supposed to on one of those tables. There is an example in the rules: Eric has a rep of 3 and chooses to roll twice on table A and once on table W.

Cuirass is basically a piece of armor made in one or two pieces of rigid material (mostly metal but boiled leather could do the job) covering your torso. it leaves the arms free for movement.

Set up is great. where did you get the board?

Excellent fun, really enjoying this series. I played this mission with a friend in co-op and we got wrecked by there being 6 paladins and actually failed the mission - one more turn would have done it. One thing I noticed - you are not using the Priest or the Paladin's range stat when you roll for them, so you're moving them into close combat - when I played it they were attacking when we got within 12", which made them a lot more powerful - not sure if I'm doing it right?

Didn't you say 3d6 +10 for the gold necklace...17gp? Is that a 8X11 sheet of paper you are tracking your adventure on?

I love this setup! Elevates this game to another level.

Maybe you should mark that the +1 mace for the Rogue is a magical mace . It might be important in the future being a magical weapon.

Since you do a lot of solo dungeon delving videos like this, you should look into the game Random Quest: Dungeon Delve.

Seeing this game played it is much lighter on rules than you think it is when you gloss over the rules. I guess it really is true that the rulebook is badly written and needs a second edition that is more structured. I'm gonna give this a go during vacation

I've started playing 2D6 Dungeon lately and have been having a blast. But I think around the 10:55 mark in your video, you are already on the 7th+ round of combat and if I'm remembering correctly, after 7 rounds of combat, your enemies can no longer block your attack on primary or secondary die, so you wouldn't have to subtract two from your d6 roll.

That Corpse Bomb ability reminds me of the Corpse Explosion ability that the necromancer class in the Diablo series can use.

21:57 based on the dice you have on the lower left of your board, it looks like you also block on a secondary 1, so unless there's a rule against double blocks you would have blocked both the primary and secondary on that attack.

Weird that the cuirass had no armor value. A cuirass is a type of armor. That should have given at least one point.

The Stone Maiden health was only 27 blocks but you did do 30 hp. rough fight. good loots. Excellent adventuring so far.

Best videos on Deth Wizard so far 👍🏼 Love that crazy corpse bomb! But I think the Paladin's ability doesn't work on that roll as it doesn't use power dice. Also on the 1st turn, your Necromancer should have activated 1 more time before the villager despite having no minions to activate. Keep up the great work!

Love the fact that you are flashing those stat cards up. All displayed information while the action is happening adds to the immersion, and helps show the game mechanics a lot better.

Advice focus on the paladin for next game!

14:50 you missed the * that says if rolling for market items reroll

4:40 missed xp for rolling less than 10. 6:35 forgot to let the rats attack you. I believe it's page 10 that talks about combat and even after killed they get to attack.

What happened to effortless actions? Did they do away with those in this edition?

Does the room structure/size affect traps and monsters? Or is it just for aesthetics?

Just a little FYI 8:32 you had 575 experience, but when you put the last d10 down, it rolled to 9. You kept it at the 9 for the rest of the video. It's only a difference of 4xp, but still just a tad off.

Just trying to keep you honest here Jim ... I think your die rolled from 5 to 9 after you defeated the guard early on in your video, so you should actually have 4 xp less, hehehe.
