Unpopular opinion: I don’t like Adrienette. Honestly, you can’t deny the fact that Marinette is a creepy stalker. It’s been shown to us in several episodes. I honestly think Adrien deserves better than that, so that’s why I don’t like the ship. I respect anyone who does ship it though.

Not so unpopular… I mean… the way she treats cat! Being Cat Noir is basically the same as being free for Adrien, it’s the true himself. Adrien kinda likes Marinette, but Marinette never accepted the fact of Cat Noir being Adrien. She literally laughed at him when he said he was Adrien and after knowing the truth she went like crazy, as if it was a nightmare
Mari makes it sooo hard for me to support adrinette. She’s become a stalker and is obsessed with the idea of Adrien , she doesn’t actually love him. Sorry if I was Adrien and I found out Mari smelled my pillow I wouldn’t want anything to do with her :||

I love Marichat due to the argument that Adrien as cat noir is his true self since he doesn't have to act like the perfect model boy and with Mari she:
1. sees the true Adrien and has the chance to see him not from the public view of him
2. because she's talking to him, not stalking, not drooling at the mouth not sabotaging every interaction with a girl he talks to.
its them being themselves without the "will they, wont they" trope ruining what they could be.
(But that's just how I see it and to be fair the "will they wont they" trope isn't bad. I'm just impatience and don't like how they portrayed this trope with the use of Mari being almost down right psycho.)
You worded this absolutely perfectly. I 100% agree. Marichat shows the two characters embracing the values that really make them THEM. Marinette's character on the other hand is mainly revolved around her obsession with Adrien, which doesn't sit right with me. Marinette completely stalks Adrien and goes to the extent of breaking into his bedroom and memorizing his schedule for years to come. Marichat has the chemistry I think we all look for in ships. It's not just some cheesy love story, but it shows how they've grown as a team and are there to help eachother through thick and thin. Adrienette hasn't had much development AT ALL. So I agree with you entirely

I honestly don’t know why people ship Felix in Marinette in the show. Yes in the comics and the anime version but in this show he’s was going sexually assaulted ladybug (trying to kiss someone when they don’t want you to ) stole Adrian’s identity and a ring. Like hell no

The problem with Felix using the peacock while Lila is using the moth miraculous is they have different goals and motives. Lila hates the heroes while Felix seems to like them. Not to mention Lila works with Gabriel while Felix fights against him. So while they might work together for a while in the end it will cause major conflict between the two. Maybe an anti-hero? :D
Finally someone said it. People kept thinking Felix is on anyone's side when it's clear he is on nobody's else. He went against Gabriel by pretending to be Adrien, trying to discover Gabriel secrets and made a deal with Gabriel for the peacock Miraculous. If he was siding with Hawkmoth, he prob would either made a deal for them to work together or offer a hand
He isn't on the good side either since he I guess betrayed the heroes. Felix is the middle guy so I'm glad to see someone making sense with Felix
Watch, we'll get the soap opera twist: Felix's mom is the centimonster and he's actually Adrien's twin but Gabriel did it all because Felix is too rebellious to him.

Finally someone! I HATE Lilix, because I absolutely LOVE Félix and I'm not Lila's fan. So, I don't ship them.
Honestly I like Marichat the most out of the love square because it's the only one where they don't like it each other so it gives room for honest talk about feelings and friendship development (there's not much of it in the show itself but comics and fanfics that approach this concept are always really good)
Ladynoir is really good too, great dynamic and always funny. I don't have an opinion about Ladrien and I can't stand Adrinette, it was cute until the decided to make Marinette a full stalker instead of just an awkward girl that focus a little too much on her crush.

I don’t like adrienette, it’s very toxic, and marinette is just a creepy stalker. Plus, she gets jealous every time a girl is near him, so she probably wouldn’t allow him to have friends that are girls. What really bothers me is that she treats cat noir like a piece of crap, and cat noir is adrien? So if she doesn’t like him, she doesn’t like Adrien because that’s who he really is. In the episode frightengale she doesn’t even hide it, because she said, “Adrien is 100 times *better* then cat noir!” In my opinion they shouldn’t date, Adrien deserves better then that creepy stalker.
The writers of Miraculous are smart- If they were in a relationship that wouldn’t happen and in season5 it is gonna be adriennete, If they see this comment section and re-write it due to this, miraculous wouldn’t be the same I would die

@ARYA GHAITADKE actually… it is. HEAR ME OUT! HEAR ME OUT! the show was originally targeted for kids but has received a bigger audience than expected, thats why they made season 4 a bit more mature. But basically, miraculous is like liking Avatar the last airbender or the owl house or even steven universe. Atla,the owl house, and steven universe was also targeted for kids but have also gained a bigger audience. So, in the end Miraculous is kids show, And its okay to like it and be proud of it. You see, one of the reasons why i like miraculous is because a lot of people from different ages watch this show, Even its for kids. So… yeah. If you want, you have every right to disagree with me 😅. ( i am so sorry for the long explanation 🥲)

After appearing more often, Felix seems less like a hardcore villain and more of a manipulative anti-hero. Also, he's super cool, and when we see him on screen you know stuff is going down. I kinda ship him with Kagami, because they're both super frank and blunt when they want to be, and it likely won't be as toxic as Felix and Marinette because there ain't no way Kagami will stand for any bs from Felix.
And yeah, Kagami could knock some sense of the concept 'empathy' into Felix.
felix is easily the smartest character in the show.
That actually seems like a nice ship, I honestly think Kagami deserves better, she shouldn’t have to deal with marinettes obsession over Adrian. Of course not his fault, it would be pretty bad to date someone who’s friend is obsessed with them.

(felix wants the peacock miraculous, lila just wants ladybug dead) not to mention, lila crushing over adrien might as well be a big turn-Off for felix. back to felix x kagami, i would love to see felix try and realize a amused that she can't just trick kagami like hes used to. they could also Bond over not having other friends, and saying they'd be glad to be each others first ones.

I just realized something I always intrinsically knew on some level. I prefer MariChat over all the other Love Square dynamics because that’s Adrien and Marinette as their most authentic selves. Marinette gains confidence as Ladybug but she can also feel that confidence as just herself, so when she’s talking with Chat Noir she doesn’t have those nervous anxious walls up like she does around Adrien. Chat meanwhile is able to act the way he wants to, in all the ways he can’t as Adrien Agreste, perfect model, perfect student, perfect son. The only thing expected of him is that he act heroic, which can be a confidence booster. Chat Noir is Adrien’s ideal self, and even though the mask puts him at a distance with everyone he is able to talk with Marinette on a deeper level because secretly she gets all his struggles. I just love these two dorks.
Agree more or less with everything except for Lila and Felix. Maybe it's because of the last episode, which was not aired when you made the video, but even though I see them teaming up. I see Felix being too smart for Lila. Yes, Lila is smart and a manipulator just like him, but she always gets cought and honestly I don't think he would like that and I feel like he would be annoyed at the fact that she's too obsesed with Adrien. Like with Chole I feel like Felix would basically just make fun of her for that and wouldn't consider her his equal. And I also feel like he wouldn't trust or like her for working with Gabriel.
In general with just the first episode of Felix happening maybe I would see it, but now I feel like Felix is on another level of being a mastermind. Kinda reminds me of Artemis Fowl in the first book of Eoin Colfer. Characters like Lila, un general, it's just a "good use" to them. Plus, we still don't know if he's actually that bad. I think he was just angry at Adrien for always listening to Gabriel and not going to his dad's funeral. He actually apologized and I think he was being sincere towards Adrien. I think his attitude reminds him of Emily and he actually liked Emily. But we'll see how he turns to be.
Not saying he's the best person, but I love the fact that he stands up to Gabriel. It was about time someone did that.

I personally ship lukanette as my favorite ship followed by marichat. I also ship alya x Nino, Nathaniel x marc, juleka x rose, Ivan x mylene and Nathalie x Gabriel. Ships I respect are ladynoir and luka x kagami, and Adrien x kagami and my least favorites are adrienette, ladrien, luka x Chloe. I personally would want Chloe to end up independent on her own I think that might make her more mature and and better person compared to how she always gets her dad to do what she wants. The reason why I don't like adrienette is because copy cat just ruined it, it's one-sided unless he knows that she's ladybug which I don't like. Marinette is very unhealthy obsessed with Adrien and I don't like that either nor do I like how much her friends support that behavior from her when we know if it was the other away around it would be frowned upon. I don't like how marinette is knows as "just a friend" till Adrien finds out that she is ladybug then he's like "I love you marinette" and I personally don't find that ok. Sure he says he loves the person behind the mask but when you see when he finds out who he is he immediately loves that person. Like if ladybug ended up being a side character he would immediately like that person and that's not what matters. I should be how they are not about who they are. If that makes sense. I like lukanette and believe that it deserves more credit because luka actually likes marinette for marinette, she doesn't have to be a superhero for him to like her and she's comfortable with him, they can have a lot of conversations and he really respects her choices and her feelings for Adrien. I also like marichat and that is the only ship in the love square I favortize because in glaciator 2.0 marinette opened up to him and showed different sides to her to chat noir and he also opened up, they could relate to each other and be comfortable with being their true selves in those forms. If they were to end up together I would like for them to start it with marichat because they could go from friends to falling for each other. I don't hate nor favor ladynoir but I respect it. I don't like how she treats him when someone immediately tries to that they are a couplebut I can't blame her for getting mad when people arent getting it. But I can respect the ship and I can respect the people who do ship them. Apologies for not liking adrienette or ladrien but this is just my opinions from watching the show. I know not everyone will agree with me and that's their choice and I respect it, I just care for people to respect mine

personally, for me the love square ranking is this (i’ll state my reasons as well):
1. Marichat
this is because marinette isn’t stalking chat noir and can talk to him like a normal person, also i feel like they can see each others amazing qualities but are blinded by their current crushes. as we know, chat noir is the true person inside adrien and marinette is herself as marinette. this ship has a lot of chemistry as well, they suit eachother alot.
2. Ladynoir
this ship is cute, sorta cheesy but yk not the worst ship. i think personally i like this ship because of their chemistry again. i feel like if mari/ladybug didn’t have such an obsession with adrien this ship would work so well, however the downside is ladybug always has to be perfect; she can’t be her true self, always saving people, being responsible but can’t make a single mistake.
3. Adrienette
there is so many flaws with this ship and i feel like i should rank it lower buttttt it’s obvious marinette is a massive stalker of adrien and is blinded by him. she wants him to be a perfect model but i feel like her character development is better; she is starting to love chat noir and give up on adrien and see him as a friend instead. also we all know that adrien isn’t his true self like this, and he should definitely open up to marinette more. but from s1-s5 marinette is finally changing and moving on from loving adrien to chat noir because of his personality and hopefully won’t be blind anymore and actually likes the TRUE adrien (aka chat noir)
4. Ladrien
this will be quick hopefully but ladybug always has to be perfect, adrien always has to be perfect n the ship is just strange and cheesy. they both have an obsession with eachother (*cough* mari/ladybug *cough*) sooo uhh yeah. personally not a favourite
edit: also, we all know that if adrien had an obsession with marinette (like the pupeteer 2 scene for example) this show DEFINITELY wouldn’t be airing
Tbh I never liked the adrinette ship cause it feels so wrong to ship Adrian with a creepy stalker that Mari is (also just a side note I was never the biggest of Mari for this reason) like you can't deny that Mari is at LEAST a little stalker-ish. In all honesty Mari needs to tone it down a bit because if I was Adrian and I found out all the creepy things she did involving me I'd honestly be VERY creeped out

I understand why people are creeped out by Adrianette, but I also feel like the writers kinda changed Marinette, and that what I feel like her "true self" wouldn't be a creepy stalker if that makes sense, which is why I still like Adrianette (although it isn't my favorite one out of the possible pairings)

After seeing what the wish would take in order to unfold, honestly I think the reason Natalie continues to help Gabriel is because I think she realizes there's a good chance she's not going to remember any of it once the world is rebuilt. I think that's how Gabriel justifies it to himself too, I still want to hope that he doesn't like to shut Adrien out but he keeps telling himself that once he creates his ideal reality, he'll be able to be the father to Adrien that he should be, he just can't focus on that because of his overwhelming devastation at losing his wife. Idk how this is all gonna play out and I'm not trying to make excuses for either of them but I think that with this context, both of their actions seem a little bit more understandable

If you think about it, Luka would really just be another Sabrina to Chloe. She's capable of being nice to her, but she also still walks all over her. To be able to get the proper development she needs, Chloe needs someone who can be patient, but she also needs someone who will put her in her place. Someone who will call her out whenever she steps out of line. She would walk all over him. Luka is a sweetheart. But he can't stand up for himself when it comes to that. It was very apparent with his relationship with Marinette that he can't. Would not be healthy.

something I feel the creators of miraculous sorta ruined was Marinette first she was a sweet girl that spent to much time thinking about her crush, then she became a stalker.. i personally don’t understand how marichat is the most favorited ship. don’t get me wrong, it’s so cute how they talk to each other about their love lives, but the only problem is that their both not in love. i do love that aspect, but because of that, it’s definitely not my favorite. also the fact that some people don’t ship ladrien is kind of weird. it’s the same two people, it’s just that they are in love with each other. it definitely isn’t that interesting of a story, but they still are so cute together and there is so much chemistry between them. but overall, my favorite is ladynoir because of the cheesy pick up lines, all the sacrifices, the love/hate relationship between each other, it’s just the best.

My personal opinions: I love gabenaths dynamic. The "just a assistant" thing is really interesting. I wish the show dived deeper into there story because we barely get to know anything about nathalie (until S5 but not everyone's seen that yet) . But I feel gabenath , it's horrible and toxic but it's interesting. Marichat is my ultimate favorite ship . They're scenes and dynamics and everything about them just works . I love that there's no stuttering and really lovey dovey stuff , all the cute things just happen naturally and they're not forced (unlike ALOT of the other ships) so yes marichat for life .
