It is kind of funny. The fandom teases that Adrien sees Mari as just a friend. Yet every time he finds out or suspects Mari to be LB, he gets so happy and so in love, while Mari laughs at the thought of Adrien being Chat.
IKR There are all these people who hate on cat noir/adrien and call him blind for no reason but when marinette/ladybug is being blind people just say that marinette's love can't be rushed, she just needs some time, blah blah blah

My favorite part of this episode is Marinette not instantly being like “oh adrien is chat, I love chat now” but she actually took the time to get to know that Chat’s persona is who Adrien really is, and she realizes that she has loved that side of him all along! She realizes she’s in love with both Adrien and Chat- she loves the whole package.
that's why i dissagree with people who hate marinette for being a stalker to adrien but acting like she hates chat. It takes time to realize what you said but i hoep it will happen eventually for both sides as plugg said you are not adrien neither chat noir you are a little bit of both !

I'm thinking, with the emphasis on the ring adjustments, Adrien might actually be a senti-child. Lmao I hate the thought and have been so against it but the way he concedes when Gabrielle got to twisting the ring made me think it could be possible. I say this because Adrien has loved LB since day 1 and speculated she was Marinette for sometime. The only difference is that he does not know that she loves him back this time. In Chat Blanc she was caught giving him a gift signed with hearts. This episode he knows her disinterest in him as CN but not her major crush on him as AA. 🤷🏾♀️ ion know. But he def gave up way too quickly.

Honestly this show is slowly killing me. I talked to my bro and was like "hey imagine watching your favorite superhero show or anime and there's two characters who love each other and when they finally get together time goes back and they go back to square one how would you feel?" "Idk" "okay but imagine they have done this three times already" "oh, then the show would be so annoying"
On the same page, I have soo much mixed feelings bout this episode-
It pisses me off cause it feels like a drag like the same thing they did with Chat Blanc- the evidence ep to prove to the fans tht Mari n Adrien can't know bout each other's identity- Guess not till Hawkmoth is out of the pic.
But I also don't- Cause I feel like they are trying to say another message(Although I still don't get it rn) other than just "Mari and Adrien can't know each other's identity becuz- Hawkmoth"

Imma just say I don't trust this episode, they said it was a "what if" situation but I don't think they ever told us what the "what if" was. So it could be "what if Adrian was a sentimonster" or "what if this happened but will never actually happen".
To be honest, after chat blank, glaciator 2 and oblivio I was not exited at all for this episode. In my opinion those are also "what if"s (except glaciator 2, instead of time going back they just didn't change at all in the end). It's so formulaic and the hype I used to have for this show is dead.

I was talking bout the general idea of how they can't know bout each other's identity becuz the end line is always- End of the world, both miraculous acquired- So fans can forget hoping bout them ever knowing which kinda killed the hype without giving me any other hope for anything. Agree with u on how they don't seem to change as much after these kinds of eps cause the writer just likes to only explore the 'what ifs' and not actually Ladybug n Chat Noir tryin to make things better n be cautious
Tbh I didn't like this episode very much. We've already seen Ladybug and Cat Noir's identities reveal a few times now, I'm sure a lot of viewers have been wanting to see Hawk Moth/Shadow Moth get the Miraculouses and bring Emilie back but he's victory was so short and we never got to see whether Emilie actually came back or not. For a 100 episode special it wasn't that special, just felt like any other ep to me. The last 2 eps of season 4 is called 'the last attack of Shadow Moth' and if the history episodes of Ladybug has taught us anything, it's that it definitely won't be what we expect.
Also I just want state an opinion on Adrien; I don't think he's sentimonster.
First of all, if he was I imagine he's behavior would be very different. Sentimonsters obey the commands from anyone that holds the item the amok is in unless the sentimonster has it, since Adrien never carries anything with him but his ring then Gabriel must still have the amok item except Adrien is always disobeying him. Second, if he was a sentimonster then probably would've found out sooner about Cat Noir specially now wearing the peacock miraculous. I also think Adrien was born before they had the peacock and butterfly miraculous. When Marinette asked Gabriel about the book he said he got it overseas with his wife (obvs China). Master Fu must have lost the miraculouses and the book in China before he came to Paris til Gabriel and Emilie found both of the miraculouses while visiting China. We already know Emilie's death/coma was caused by using the peacock while it was broken, now it's mostly the same thing will happen with Natalie but Adrien has shared plenty of memories about Emilie when she was alive and well, meaning they must have found the peacock and butterfly way after he was born therefore he can't be a sentimonster
@@holtooth1549 I agree with your statement about how this is the 100th episode but it felt so flat. Like I watched MLP (please don't judge me) and for their 100th episode it was more focused on the background characters rather that the main cast and they did jump the shark multiple times but it was an awesome episode that gave more life to the characters.
The 100th episode for miraculous felt like chat blank 2.0 and didn't make many feel anything other than frustration.
I do think Adrian is a sentimonster tho plus with the new episode that came out recently I feel like something major happened that they just haven't told us yet. But I do agree on how it makes no sense since Emily would have passed out way before Adrian got to grow up. Like I assume Natalie only used it for a few months and it left her bedridden but Emily was there up until Adrian's early teen years.
I don't understand this episode. How does Gabriel hear Adrien saying m'lady but doesn't ever hear him talking to Plagg or screaming claws out? If this was actually realistic, they would've lost to shadowmoth ages ago.
When would he ever hear him say "Claws out!"? When Adrien transforms, it's because someone has been akumatized, which means that Gabriel is down in the basement.

i agree certain episodes when there costumes are coming off they slow down the process so the villains won’t find out however when they’re normal detransforming they can’t take off their outfits quickly

I feel like the point of this episode was to assuage any fears from fans that they wouldn't be able to overcome any personal issues that might keep them from getting together. The problem is not them. They will eventually learn and grow and communicate. The problem is Hawk moth, who thinks he will suffer no consequences for his actions. I can't really blame him for this considering it's kind of true, but the thing is the consequences of these episodes do carryover even if people aren't aware of it, which I think is part of the point of chat Blanc and ephemeral. Even if Gabriel thinks he's invincible, his actions will carry over even if they technically never happened

Girl yes I thought I was the only one who was crying in this episode. Adrientte relationship felt more natural and organic without all the stalking and stumbling of Mari. It was heartwarming to know that Mari as Ladybug made Luka love her more & made her become very interesting. But it did hurt a bit when Mari wasn't feeling it for Chat when he is the only person to feeling like her true self around him.

I had a hard time being emotionally invested in their relationship after Cat Blanc because I thought it was the production teams saying they can never be together, but this changes the formula. They're showing us how there's a billion different ways they're relationship could and should fail, so when we final see their end game it'll feel a lot more satisfying.
My favourite part is when lb says 'yeah, and I'm Audrey bourgeois!'🤣

@@littlesparrow303 yeah and this What if like Chat Blanc are supposed to be two parts episodes but again channels said no, that’s why the show has many episodes, they can only take one step at the time because if they don’t, then things would feel to rush and fast. The creator said that in many occasions the episodes don’t explain everything he want the audience to know, that’s why I always like to see analysis and re-watch every episode so that I can try to understand things better and not get too hyped about episodes because I know how shorts the episodes are compared to what the creator and Zag wanted it to be.
11:05 I came up with a theory; I think that Gabriel does have a heart, as long as it doesn't interfere with his mission. In Glaciator 2, he realized that his son was sad, and made a *sad* attempt to console him. He refused to akumatize him. However, in Chat Blanc or Ephemeral, when he realised that his son was Chat Noir, he was like, "well this is a setback" so he didn't hesitate to akumatize him for the sake of the mission.
don’t forget when the body guard got akumatized and adrian jumped, he told him to let lady bug go to save him since he didn’t want him hurt
I also think that its a win-win situation for him. He wants his wife back, but doesnt wanna lose his son in the process. If he finds out that his son has the miraculous of destruction, he'd think that his goal would be achieved faster with him. Besides, revealing him being shadowmoth means he doesnt have to hide away from his son's sight and they could stand side by side in his basement safely🤣.

I'm really sad that since season 4 this show just keeps on doing stuff that make me dislike it. For example Queen Bee: "Chloe you can't have the miraculous because everone knows your identity" Meanwhile: Nino, Kim, Kagami, Max, Luka "Oh well... You were nice from the start and don't remind Thomas of some childhood bully of his so it's ok i guess" It's just Marinette can do whatever she wants even if it makes absolutly no sense. I saw this episode and felt literally nothing because
1. Yeah I get it it's the 100th episode. just stop
2. Then: "A Hero listens to its brain" (or something like this) Now: Well screw that. "I just wanna know what happens" lul.
3.Marinette treats cat like sh*t since she became the guardian and then she knows that he's Adrien and SUDDENLY "aw he's so perfect" Yeah i am pretty sure that's love right?
I just hope that season 4 is just a dark chapter that'll be over soon....

i thought queen bee was denied her miraculous because she deliberately chose to be a villain... not because people knew her identity... i distinctly remember that in one episode ladybug told her that...

She was just like "oh btw you won't be queen bee again" and even after chloe said "I'm sure I will be Queen Bee again" Ladybug didn't say "no" she just left her with this hope. So Ladybug kinda denied Chloe the miraculous wich lead Chloe to turn evil, wich ladybug took as the "final" reason
@@pswa2000 But the thing is, no one forced Chloe to team up with Hawkmoth. Ladybug did give her an explanation why- she didn't have to say "No" to Chloe's statement because she made herself clear.
Even if Ladybug hadn't made a mistake letting her own feelings get in the way and choosing Ryuko instead of Queen Bee in the battle against Hearthunter, would it have really mattered? What about the next time, or the time after that? I don't think it would have, because after "Malediktator", Chloe only cared about the power, fame and public adoration of being a superhero, not for doing the right thing like the others do, and that is why she went evil- she went along with whomever would give her what she wanted. Completely her choice.
I for one though, am actually glad that they didn't give her a standard, quick redemption arc and that her story arc is still ongoing. They definitely have something planned for her, and I can't wait to see what it is! She's such a great character.

When I watched this episode for the first time, it seemed a bit too rushed but I rewatched it twice and now it doesn't feel all that rushed. Just the ending was kinda disappointing. We could've seen a bit more of the convo between Su-Han and LB in the time in which Chat started singing "Sha, sha, sha shaaaaa"

Gabriel has done similar things with the ring before when reminded of his wife oh, so it may just be a red herring to throw us off. And no, I can't pinpoint an exact episode for you, but I'm pretty sure it happened when he was staring at the portrait of his wife once.

I cried alot but then when I saw Gabriel with the cat miraculous I was laughing for an hour and my sister who is 4 was crying because she thought I was dieing.
I feel like the show showed these two identity reveals (Ephemeral and Chat Blanc), both where Marinette finds out first and Adrien finds out first to prove all the things that can and WILL go wrong if an identity reveal happens. At least, not in this point of time.
I think the only time it will be safe to have an identity reveal is when Shadowmoth is finally defeated and out of the picture
This episode was just a big “what if?” Which makes me think there’s still hope for Marinette not to get rewarded for being a creepy possessive stalker

I’ve watched miraculous for quite a long time, and I live in france, so it obviously came out earlier, but I think I first watched it in 2015, when I was 6-7 , now I realize how much it passionates me, I never knew time passes this quick, I still have the old miraculous magazine that my parents bought me when I was 7-8, I kept watching miraculous until I was 8-9, I stopped watching it now, cause I have a ton of work! ♥︎

So Cat's the Miraculer of Destruction and every time a reveal is shown he's the first to remove the mask. I take this as symbolism that if Adrien shows his face first- THE SHIP WILL _SINK_ !

It always hurts me a little how in the "erasing the storyline/alternative reality" episodes whenever Marinette finds out, she FREAKS OUT! She's all shocked, she isn't sure how to handle this information, she needs lots of time to figure it out etc. But when Adrien finds out, he really quickly goes all lovey dovey on both versions and is all "I love her even more!".
I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME I SAW EPHEMERAL I LITERALLY THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS THE REVEAL AND I WAS SO OVERWHELMED I WAS HAVING A MENTAL BREAKDOWN AND THEN WHEN THE EPISODE WAS OVER I WAS SO UNDERWHELMED AND OVERWHELMED AT THE SAME TIME I HAD ANOTHER BREAKDOWN
This episode makes my heart beat a hundred times faster.

ignoring the love stuff I think we need to talk about the fact that making a wish hard resets the ENTIRE UNIVERSE from big bang to current point. I had a feeling the wish would have been on some monkey paw logic but I wasn't expecting it to be uncaring eldritch old ones levels of "dear god what have I done". And if it actually got stuck that way I wouldn't trust it to let you enjoy more than a week before it ruins your life in a whole new 20x worse way.

Tbh, I hated this episode so much because of how furstrated I was at it and the ending. Mostly because we keep getting reveals ONLY for them to be erased later on. Best things about it though was Adrien accepting Mari so easily, Luka literally riding his bike into the bakery, and Chat just singing in space. I'm kinda worried that if they keep up the reveals that the real will will only be paled and less impactful compared to the several times we've already seen these instances
