Actually depending on the camera you can remove one of the plastic tread gromet and fish the wire through there. I used a green yi camera that could detach into two parts allowing me not to drill into the trunk.
Thanks for the video, good video, but you don't have to drill a hole. Next to your hole there is a plastic valve, a self-tapping screw, you can unscrew it and run the wire there.
how did you run the video cable from the trunk to the back of the cab? You just cut to it being pulled through by the back seat. I can't figure this out for the life of me
Question can the modern 2017 stereo without the touch screen be compatible with a 2012 accord/crosstour like if someone didn’t like old buttons stereo lol
Parts used linked in the description of the video!
Wow that's a really good clean install on an 8th gen Accord
Always great videos 👍
How much would you say this install would cost?

What are those holes even for originally?
@Turtisland I don't know
Can you send me picture or how it can be done? Thank you

my 2008 Honda accord has a back up camera can i just connect it to my new radio
Curious how did he run it from the driver seat to inside the holster radio
Wait I thought the model with the factory Navi system had its own backup camera
Depends on the year, some do!
you should use a splice connector, just saying.
you mean a scotchlok connector? Those cause all kinds of issues if used incorrectly.
Didn’t explain anything 😂
Thats too bad you watched with your eyes closed.
