this was amazing as I sit her watching this. Just gorgeous. Gorgeous doesn't hit it enough on how wonderful this bar came out. Thanks for being in my first challenged.. If I had seen this before my challenge I would have backed off..
beautiful, gorgeous colors.... will soon get it out..... am a coffeeholic and i HAVE TO have this soap in my kitty. your videos are awesome and so inspiring. thanks for all of them.
I love how you put the solid brown at the bottom and the coffee grounds. I made a similar soap with creamy chai but using the cocoa really makes for a chocolate scent. Your itps looks fantastic!
hope all is well .. really miss seeing new videos.. .. always go back and double check and see if theres a new one up .. but i always watch your videos they are the most beautiful soaps ... hope to see you soon ❤
Ugh.....I want....I want. First of all that gorgeous brown solid layer is amazing and really gives the soap an added level of sophistication. The tiny amount of gold that pops up on the top of some bars is stunning. I first thought you could have used a little more but then I thought "no, the small amount is what makes it really special". so I don't know. Overall a another gorgeous soap that I can't get my hands on.
Sharp looking soap! Although this is a different technique here, I have to say I openly envy your hanger swirling skills...you're tops lady! I wish I could figure out how to "see" what I"m doing with the hanger. I've seen many try for that perfect swirl but you have it mastered. I'm beginning to suspect that you sent away for the x-ray glasses on the back of those old Archie comics lol. Well done and thanks!
Absolutely gorgeous! I am just starting out making soaps and loving the creativity I can unleash…. What is the gold you used?? is it mica and what is it mixed in? I would love to be as good as you one day!
selina jackson Thanks so much Selina! I shaved a piece of cold process soap (like chocolate) and sprinkled some 24k gold mica on it, then "garnished" the soap :)
I have never made cold process soaps before but I am doing a lot of reading up on it before I try it out. Did you use micas to color your soap? And what kind of tool is that that let's you create the feather swirl in the middle of the soap. It's beautiful by the way. Amazing job.
Love this video! I'm a beginner soaper - and really excited to start this journey! did you filter the coffee first to get the color? I did notice some coffee grounds too... just curious as to how you processed it for your soap :) thank you for your beautiful demonstration! :)
Thanks so much Tashlutsa! I intentionally added some coffee into bottom layer and also a potion of the white swirl...it acts as an exfoliant and also adds interest to the soap :)

Thank you :) It depends on how tall and thick you decide to go...I aim for an average of 5.5 oz/bar w this mold.
