OMGEEE! I sooooo did NOT want this video to end! I’ve never seen the inside of Anaheim Disney property. Thank you so much for sharing! Perhaps one day, I can get hubby to stay there. The room is beautiful! Our son, his partner-who works at Disneyland, their besties, and hubby and I are planning a trip to Disneyland in a few months. Hi Mary! It’s a great resort to stay at, especially so close to the parks and Downtown Disney. If you ever stop at Trader Sam’s, please say Hi to Lisa.
It looks like they upgraded you to a Premium Downtown Disney View. A deluxe view typically is a lower level room facing the pool area.

I grew up going to Disneyland at least 4-5 times a year. We were able to get discounted tickets back when military rate meant something - $ 10 per person lol! I haven't been there since 1969 - so not a thing looked familiar of course! My how time has changed things! ( I did see DisneyWorld in 1971 on my honeymoon - would love to see that again too!) Thank you for the tour - you are both so lovely 😍!

The staycation looks relaxing and it is so interesting seeing the hotel and hearing about your experiences working in the Park. I think I liked the story about the rose garden the best.. I can just picture the weddings that happen there. Crossing fingers you reach 100,000 sooner rather than later.

Hello hello Bill and Lisa! Thanks so much for the belated birthday shout out! Love you guys! ❤ I’m so happy you did this DIsneyland Hotel video! We haven’t stayed there in a few years now, and we’ve been wanting to book a stay there. $395/night is a super great deal for a room with a corner view of DTD. I can’t imagine paying $800 a night though, hoping they have more specials for mid-week! This is the best staycation, and must have been so fun for Lisa since she works there (bumping into colleagues and familiar views). ❤ The live music at the Tangaroa Terrace is the best. I love Trader Sam's. It's a "must do" reservation for us every trip! But I've never made it during the music hours, will have to put that on the list. Those Dole Whips with rum are soooooo good.

Wow what a great video! It’s been 35+ years since I’ve been to Disneyland and I know I would get lost. So so much new stuff. I think I have an original coupon book when I went as a kid, but all the E tickets are gone. Thanks for showing this magical place.

I finally made it to Disneyland last week! Per your recommendation I tried the Jolly Holiday Combo (Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup) and it was fantastic! And thinking of Bill and his favorite pastries I also tried their chocolate croissant - also very good. Thank you both for sharing your adventures!! Going the week before the official start of Disneyland Christmas was the perfect time to visit the park.

🏰🎡🎢So fun! We stayed at the Adventure hotel about 6 years ago and at the Frontier last year in October 2021. We had Perfect Perfect weather. Love the pool, hot tub, and water slides. Enjoyed every minute. It was Funny because the Lifeguard thought I was about to drown coming off of the bigger slide! ( It was funny!) Rooms are so Magical! Can't wait to visit again. And the Pinacolada 🍹drink is my favorite.
Our View from the Adventure Resort was the pool area, very beautiful day and night!
Perfect stay, weather, and Piña Colada, now that’s a vacation!

Love this! We’re getting married at the Grand Californian this December and staying at the Disneyland Hotel for a mini-honeymoon right after! Trader Sams is one of our favorite places on property.

Hi Bill and Lisa! Taking an early break at work so I can watch this…lol! Lisa has a super fun job in the most magical place! Bill has a fun job where he gets to travel! So fun, travel and food…what more would one want? You both are so easy going sometimes I wonder if you ever have an occasion where one wants to travel to one destination and the other to another…but it always results in a good video! 😊 $395 is well worth it seems very comfortable and all the property amenities…where are the crowds? Thank you for sharing your staycation…take care!
Hi Arlene! We are both blessed to be able to travel and share our adventures. Not too crowded as we stayed midweek and in-between Halloween and Thanksgiving. Stay tuned for the next video coming Sunday, our time in the parks during this staycation. =)

A co worker recommended Trader Sam’s a few weeks ago. My husband and I loved it. Has a great feel, the food is wonderful, and you can walk off the food by strolling through Downtown Disney. We’ll be going to Nola soon, can’t wait to get the voodoo drink. Lol
Ahh the Voodoo Daquiris (aka. Purple Drank)… potent, but you’ll love it! Have a great time in NOLA!

Bill and Lisa....sigh, what are you doing to me?? Ever since I saw moco loco on one of your videos, I have been obsessed with trying one. We HAD a Hawaiian restaurant here in town for years and of COURSE it closed permanently during covid. Found a place in Tucson that we are hoping to try when we get down there next month....however!!! NOW you've thrown this moco loco burrito at me too? That looked so good I am seriously considering the 7 hour drive to go to Disneyland and try this next month. Yes, it's a great location! Stayed there Sunday-Friday, would've loved it to be at cast member rates, but no offerings via the portal! (ugh!) Like you, we usually eat off-site, but now that we've tried a couple of items, will be looking to "grind" more next time! Aloha!

most interesting view of the resort. prices for me are not affordable. noticed on tv in room 2 names and yet lisa said room keys no longer had names on them.
TV splash screen had our names. Room key cards don’t have any names on them.
