  • This project is aimed at developing fairly advanced destruction workflow using Blender, RBDLab addon and Davinci Resolve.
    RBDLab stats:
    Total # of rigid bodies: 12k
    Total # of constraints: 27k
    Smoke domain resolution: 512 (adaptive)
    Render time: 1 min per frame (see below)

    How do you have the objects get activated by the sphere?

      In the RBDLab addon, under activators, I used the sphere activator which when scaled, converts kinematic objects into rigid bodies and then using force, we can guide the rigid bodies appropriately. RBDLab youtube channel has a similar video explaining the concept step by step. Hope that helps.
