I have both and they have different uses, I use my MINI 2 SE when filming cinematic shots and high altutide shot. Meanwhile, my neo is my drone when I go to bike rides and also quick trips.
i want to do the same but its not offered without a controller and i made mistake of buying neo fly more kit first, so just waiting for more options from DJI
I had booked mini 2se over a month ago and it will be delivered in this month, i spoke to the seller if i want to change my order from mini 2se to mini 4k and he said that if i do so then again i will have to wait for another 1month or more... what should i do ? pls suggest me.
Mini 4K though "new" is relatively old DJI tech. If you want a camera drone with decent video quality you should skip both and get Mini 3 instead as long as it's still available. With it's 4K HDR 10 bit sensor it's a big step ahead and on sale costs not so much more than Neo FM combo. It's also one of the quietest drones
yo i bought both yesterday cause my old se 2 broke but i also boughrt the neon they are both so good but i recoment the neo if ur are starter cause u sdont need to worry about the proce of flying skills
Yeah it’s actually perfect for beginners, do you still have the remote for the 2se? I’m not sure if the new neo will accept it or if you need a newer version
The neo makes sense for those looking for a cheap tiny drone that has built-in modes, and can be used with a smartphone. For everything else, buy a specific drone package: Be that for a regular standard drone, or for fpv Avata 2 package. They are far superior, and cost roughly the same as the neo, with the required necessary additions.
Hey! A fellow Canadian here, I’m interested in getting into drones, and im considering the dji mini 3. Ive hear that that the mini 3 is great. But would you recommend the fly more bundle for the mini 2 se, or the mini 3? Im a complete beginner and the only drone ive ever had is the dji tello. Also, should i buy a drone in black Friday, and wait for spring to fly? The weather here in winter goes DOWN to like -32 celcius. Or should i ignore the discount and buy it in spring? Thanks! I love your content!
Hey get the mini 3, it’s much better than se 2. I was also under the same confusion but you can buy the battery separately if you want but there no way you could upgrade the camera wualit
googles N3 comming soon, slo i seen images of a googles2+neo+motion controller kit, also if u buy an AVATA 2 make sure ur aware the RC-N3 DOES NOT WORK WITH AVATA 2, and u ALWAYS NEED THE GOOGLES, it makes the neo better to me
That is comparing completly different animals. I have Neo and it is great to fast record family sessions. I also got mavic mini 1 and it is used by me for aerial photos from higher but it does require longer time to prepare. To record with mavic it is long time to prepare controller, phone and drone. Neo? Pull out of a pocket 3 click on 2 buttons and you are up
You must be kidding. The NEO does not have powerful motors. You can buy a really good RTF FPV kit for around $300 which includes goggles, radio and drone. The downsides are no stabilization which is not expected for FPV flights and less power battery. If you want to do FPV, go directly into FPV rather than using the NEO as a step stone. BTW, you failed to mention that the NEO only has a 1-axis Gimbal.
Hey buddy, I don’t know if you watched the whole video. I say that the 2se and 4K have strong motors not the neo. I also mentioned that there is only 1 axis gimbal on the neo.

Solid combo man

Happy to help Kam!

Why do you have to wait so long? Where do you live?
@@MattyDCCollins i am from INDIA, and here in my county chinese drones are banned so bcoz of importing it takes such time to deliver.

I actually did a video on that one, it's a great deal if you don't need LOG
do they have the same battery size Bro?
Nah neo is smaller
I thought the same size so I could buy d stand alone neo. Will thanks Bro.
Have you tried the potensic atom 3 axis? If so how would you compare that to the dji offerings?
I think they’re sending me one to try but not yet. Will keep you posted

No needs 04 controller, also with the controller you can have most of the features of the Mini 2 SE and 4k

Great call man. If you’re in to fpv I think the avata 2 is the way to go.
Great video. Thanks for posting. I’m debating which drone will be my first to purchase.
you'd love either marcus!
the mini 2 se and neo the same battery size?
Nah they’re different unfortunately

Yeah true man I love the convenience of the Neo 💯
Yet again DJI just shafted every Mini owner.
We should have follow on the lower end minis lol
I guess you want to say mini 4 pro instead of mini 4K
No I mean mini 4K, it’s the same drone as the 2SE but with slightly better resolution :)
