Here is my Elven Union Race Guide for Blood Bowl 3.
Blood Bowl is a Warhammer Games Workshop fantasy take on American football (NFL). It is set in the Warhammer universe and is played by Orcs, Elves, Humans and all manner of Chaos factions. Great guide, I play Union in my tabletop league, I'll be taking notes from this guide. Frenzy catchers are awesome.
This whole guide for all teams is epic! Our PS5 crew is about to kickoff a new league with some old hands and new players, and these guides will help us enjoy much more of the game together! I havnt played Blood Bowl since the original PC game and this guide is gonna help me build my much loved elfeim eagles!

Nice guide! To do some Anti-Bloating I would consider AV+ on players with two ore more skills. It just helps to keep them on the board.
Apart from that the thrower is needed to generate vanity passes in the BB 2020 version.
I like the random general suggestion on the Linemen. This can make the Teamvalue be even more efficient.

I know they’re based on the minis but my god this team all look alike. It’s hard to pick out positionals. They looked miles better in BB2
I disagree blood bowl 2 looks fucking ugly as hell in comparison everyone saying it looks better might as well be saying perfect dark on the 64 looks better then the remaster it's literally better graphically in every possible way

Please do Dwarfs next. Maybe a passing version. I know ... But it is fun.
Would you think it would be cool to put one or 2 one turn formation in the elf guides since you are probably going to use them? Maybe just 2 of the easy ones, like 3 man in the middle with backline defense, and the 3 separated with backline defense. Maybe not tell us how to do a 1 turn and wait for another video. This considering that this videos might be seen by people that are not as familiar with BB. Great video as always.
You could have mentioned/shown how kick works in BB3! That you need to select the player.
My rule of EU line elves is go random general for most of them. Unless you really need to add a specific type of line elf to the squad, that it. First, you get there faster since it only take 3SPP to get a random (first) skill and they only add 10k to the players value instead of 20k. Then you flesh them out depending on what they got.
If you got Block/Wrestle/Fend, you build them for the line (Dodge/Side Step/etc.).
If you got Dirty Player, you build them to foul (Sneaky Git).
If you got Frenzy/Shadowing/Strip Ball/Tackle/Dauntless, you build them as blitzer-lite to back up the Blitzers and Catchers.
If you got Sure Hands, you build them as a back up Thrower/Hand Off specialist.
If you got Kick/Pro, you take another random general next and let that guide your future development.

Why no Stat upgrade for a thrower? You adviced looking for pass stat on woodies' thrower, what's the difference?

@@markkerslake7614 hardly a game changer, taking out cheap tactics was a good thing. Besides, you can still do OTD better then anyone else.
@@markkerslake7614 they weren't nerfed, what they gained made up for the loss of the natties. They are the best 1 turning team in the game, all you need now is a juggs rat ogre. As long as you give the rat ogre a lino to punch is will always activate.

Slightly wrong non stat rolls. Strength is 1/8 and Agility is 3/16. Solid guide though :)
Just starting BB with BB3 and chose Elven Union because I thought I'd enjoy running and passing. Took 6 games of losing most players to figure out to standoff a bit. Still struggling with players getting trapped after oppo moves and I have to dodge 6 players and one typically fails. Remaining players in contact get mullered. Yet to end a game with more than 6 players on the field. Gonna keep at it though, team is now named 'Black and Blue' due to all the beatings.
Dwarf coach here Try to rule the sidelines with elves and if you want a passing game try to to have a team of 2 split off and go deep and cage up until you can break free and make a good pass or hand off then pass for a quick score pro elves struggle with the center of the pitch and if you go up against bashy teams try to avoid fighting on the line if at all possible. Try your best to make them come to you . Hope that helps. also give some of your lineman guard instead of block and give one kick to have more control where the ball lands.

Tip from an elf coach. Remember you don't always need to dodge to get that separation. One elf dodging free can often move and provide an assist to another in contact elf. Then you can throw a two dice block that has better odds of getting a pushback or better than just dodging away AND has the chance to actually knock the opponent down.
Wish they would give us the wood elves that are already in the game instead of probably unlocking them as a paid DLC.
What you say appears to be true, there will also be the option to unlock them for free via playing the game. Or at least that is what Cyanide has said. Personally I do not like that they are in the game files locked, but doesn´t mean they will be forcefully be DLC.

So this game works anyway? I heard bad news about BB3
There are a lot of greedy monetization practices going on and some people are having bugs. Like there are 7 teams that have data in the game files but are not available
I have had 1 bad bug in 12 or so games. The game is working much better after the couple of patches they have done. Is the game finished? No, but is is playable? Hell yes and I’m having a lot of fun.
Re the “money practices”, it’s all cosmetics, you don’t bend them and a lots of the rage is really over blown. Hell they should look at fifa ultimate team if you want to see a big money making scheme.
@@bendavy1816 Fifa sucks, but so does the launch of blood bowl 3. No reason to defend a game that is having this many problems on launch.
@@NapoleonSoares I have not had any issues. Game is fun and I’m enjoying it a lot. Needs features added but i think it’s been good since the patches

The game is decent it's not good by any means but ppl are bashing it for things that are already fixed or things that the devs have stated they would do since the beginning of the development cycle.
