This home is a modern farmhouse that actually is the perfect size(not to big not to small!) I'm very grateful Mrs. Sarah allowed me tour this brand new house. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,232 sq ft heated and cooled. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this home walk through video.

My health has gone down so bad; can’t seem to get well. The doctors aren’t giving me a good report, but I know the Lord is able.👏 This home is really nice. What a pantry! Love the color of the kitchen. Great back porch and fireplace. Nice closet sizes and bathrooms. I like the divided bathroom. Perfect position for the half bath. Wow! Love the master! Great choice, as usual, Chance!
My Daughter and I are watching together and we think this is the most beautiful home ever. The back porch with fire sold it for me. I love it when the full wall is tiled in the shower or over the bath shower. I've always wondered if the condensation would cause damp when the shower head is higher than the tile. It seems who ever designed the house has thought of every little detail. Thanks Chance for the tour. X
I love this house the combination butlers pantry with the walk-in pantry, the kitchen the cabinets and counter space. I love the use of the pocket doors that helps with the space in opening doors. I love the double doors on the closets in the bedrooms. I love the front porch I could see a swing on one end and rocking chairs. The pantry I think could accommodate an upright freezer. I love the back porch with the ga fireplace.
Yes! A top 5 list for previous years would be great. Top 5 bathrooms in 2019, then top 5 bathrooms of 2020, then 2021, various rooms like closets, pantries, utility room, owners suite, porches, etc. In addition to your tour videos. That would be great!

The one thing that comes across in this home the most is the STUNNING clean lines. The continuity flows beautifully. The kitchen appliances are ALL high-end, which will last. The cabinet color, though bold, will be easy to decorate with.

A very beautiful home. I think someone did a nice job with putting the things in their home they wanted.
The shub was awesome (even if it wasn’t a traditional one piece unit). Never seen a private home garage with a fluid grate before. Definitely unique. I prefer railings on my porches (probably for grandchild safety), but the wood ceilings were great! Some of the fixtures were a bit contemporary for my country sensibilities, but overall it’s a very nice home. And yes, an occasional top 10 video would be interesting. Keep up the good work!

That spot in the garage makes me think of a pit for working on a car. They are still used in oil change places. If it were a storm shelter why put it where it could be covered by a car in an emergency need for shelter?

This home is PERFECTLY GORGEOUS!
Yes. Videos focused on specific rooms or aspects of homes would be enjoyable. After watching many of your whole home videos, there are many times that there is something about a particular home I love and would be interested in incorporating something about that particular aspect in my spaces or home. And sometimes the other things in that same home I'm not particularly fond of. For example, I may think, "That kitchen arrangement and design is excellent for X and Y reasons, but I wouldn't prefer the floorplan of the rest of the house at all." And that happens with different kinds of rooms or aspects when I'm watching.
It's all fun, and I enjoy your friendly way of doing these videos. I know you put a lot of work in it, and doing videos with collated specifics from multiple houses probably means more editing time to make. Ideas: Best Bathrooms, Best Porches, Best Kitchens, Best Dining Rooms (Yes, I like dining rooms or areas that have their unique space and don't just feel like they are square footage for a table in the middle of everything else). And of course, I'd want to know why you chose the winners that you did. You could also do "Best Floorplans for _____." Just putting out some ideas. What do ya think?
Wow. This one go so many things right. Lil office. 1/2 bath for guests. Laundry is separate room that you don't have to go through from the garage and it's close to the master. Love that. Big closet in master, but also decent closets in the other bedrooms, not just a 4' rod, so I love that. Love the color on the cabinets, though the fixtures were all over the place with brushed brass, chrome, black and even polished gold in the same room. Didn't have a coat closet by the front door, but kinda made up for it somewhat with the bench from the garage (I'd turn half that into a closet). The thing that gets me though is they are behind the trend with the calcutta marble looking quartz everywhere. That trend is over. At least the cabinets aren't all white too, so that's a plus, but the calcutta marble look is old news. This one is real close to perfect though and nothing that can't be 'undone' (and maybe just ordered with an alternative to the calcutta look), so it gets two thumbs up from me. I like it a lot overall.
Very nice home with the porches, the pantry, 3 bedrooms and the master bath😊👍 The only thing that was missing was a bench seat in the master shower.👍
This house was almost perfect. If it were mine, I would change the color of the cabinets, eliminate the outdoor fireplace, and have a place for a freezer. I think I’ve only seen one house that had room for one. Now for the important question, where’s that cute little Cullen?😁

There are many favourable things in this house but I am especially fond of all the pocket doors. Not only are they less rustic and dated than barn doors. but they also seem to afford more of a sense of privacy (in bathrooms etc.) I'm surprised they put a barn door on the master bath and would try to upgrade it. Lastly they are wonderful space savers as you don't lose any usable floor space allowing for the door swing.
Home has a very nice layout overall.
To answer your question about videos listing top favourites by specific rooms or décor or whatever, I personally would very much enjoy offerings along those lines. I find it it much easier to do some direct comparisons with all options in one presentation than trying to conjure up other layouts or finishes by recollection alone. I say go for it.
Love, love, love. The height, the kitchen, bathrooms, the layout, the backyard. A perfect house.

You asked what I would put in that little slab area by the back porch. I would not have a section that you take steps down and then steps right back up. That looks hazardous to me. I would have raised the cement slab and made it flat
Yup, hazardous for sure! That was my immediate thought. And odd to have the door open outwards. And dirt would be tracked in and out all the time. Your change would make such a difference! On the positive side, the "red" wood floor is gorgeous, and I love use of brick and white granite.

joy phillips We have had over a week of really nice weather and it should last until Wednesday. The days have been in the 60s and 70s with the nights in the 30s and 40s. I call it our San Diego weather. We have had only one night that dropped below freezing. When there is ice in the bird bath in my garden I consider it a day of winter. So far this winter season I have had only one day of winter. We only had 3 days during the last winter season.

Top 5 would be cool. Nice plan overall but, if I had three guest (kids) bedrooms and only one bath, that would be an issue. You could have 3 or more kids trying to use the one hall bathroom. I'd prefer 2 bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom and one bedroom suite with a private bathroom. Nice video.

I love built-ins of course. And the countertop. I wanted a built-in microwave but my builder said no :( in my next home I'll go tiny and have it all custom built. And that bath tub is nice... I don't even take baths 😅
