This home is a modern farmhouse that offers a wonderful floor plan and wait until you see the back setup! I'm very grateful the new homeowners allowed me tour this brand new house. It's an amazing house with a lot of storage closets. The bedroom with the bedroom could be used for a teenager. Only thing you forgot to show where the toilet in the master bedroom was located.

People like the open concept because you can be in the kitchen cooking or cleaning up and still have a conversation and be part of a conversation with whom ever is in the living room or at the dining room table. No one wants to be isolated from everyone else that is there. Especially if you are hosting a party or holiday dinner, etc. Hope everyone has a nice day 😊

I agree Gloria. I told Chance it looks more like a palace than a home! Can you imagine how much it would cost,
including utilities?!! We’re having problems paying our mortgage on a regular double wide. Those tall ceilings will bring the utility cost up even higher. 🤦♀️ However; I’m happy for the owners. Lord bless you. 👏

This home is beautiful. I would have loved a home like this when my kids were young. Imagine how much fun you would have buying all that furniture. Now you know if you could build or afford a home this size buying furniture would be so exciting and you would not have to worry about what the furniture cost. Actually I would need an interior decorator to help me. Love this video.
Oh My!! 🤭 That’s not a home; it’s a palace!! You could actually get lost inside!!! What an amazing tour Chance, & you did a wonderful job showing it! I can’t imagine how anyone could afford it, plus utilities!! I don’t know what to say other than that, except that m.bath, & closet look like something you would see in a magazine! The pantry & u-tiltee room are off the charts! Outside kitchen & pool.😳So much storage everywhere! I pray you & your family are doing well, & please tell Cullen hi from the old granny in Louisiana, & I send hugs. Please keep me in your prayers; going Tuesday for more tests, 😢 & I really dread it. I hope y’all got no damage from that bad storm that came through last week. Texas got hit pretty bad in some areas. Many lost their homes & many had no power for quite a while. I think the open concept living/kitchen gives so much more room and, in my opinion, helps keep everyone "together" so to speak. I have always loved that🥰
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! There is only two things I would change. If you are going to have a wonderful home like this, do away with the wire shelving. Then the shower doesn’t have a bench to sit down. You may not need it now but you will in the future. Why do people put that tub in there and not put in a shower where you would not need to clean those huge doors?? I like the small glass like windows, a whole lot less to clean because you will be using it a lot!! Other than that, just beautiful!!!
I was thinking the same as far the wire shelves and I would install tile surrounds in the guest bathtub and showers. Other than that gorgeous home

Chance this is what I call a mini mansion. I would get lost in it lol. If I had it, I would spend alot of time in the back where the outside kitchen is. I would cook out there more than I would in the house. It's an amazing house. Thank you for sharing

I'm baffled why such a large floorplan would have ONE ROOM for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. That's just terrible!! They all should be separate rooms.
Those hallways are awfully narrow. I'd need 3 foot wide doors, and 4 foot wide hallways.

This is absolutely amazing and beautiful. I think the person putting in all of the storage, closets, cabinets, pantry and utility room was in my head. My dream home would have been so similar. The bathrooms are all breath taking. This home is breath taking, what was I talking about?
I love this home I wish it had a den as well as a entertainment tv room connected to the master room. And no bathroom in the 1st bedroom.

Are you kidding my friend I don't care if you spend 45 minutes to an hour checking out the house don't worry about the time I'll be glad to spend an hour watching all your programs I absolutely love seeing the houses it doesn't matter how long it takes, on the contrary I think you make them too short for my taste I would even watch the whole construction of it, hahaha!!!😁😉
Unique home. Love the outdoor patio/kitchen and pool. Love that the bedrooms all have large closets and bathrooms. Love the front door. Not so much being that the view is the dining area being the seen thru the doors as well as what you first see upon entry. Wire racks in the smaller bedrooms 🙅🏼♀️

Hi Chance....omg this home is absolutely amazingly gorgeous.....pantry is amazing and on-demand ice 🧊 to boot.. one of the bedrooms there was a niche I would put wooden shelves and make it extra storage...for books etc the back yard where the fireplace is I would screen half of it.. the pool and outer kitchen is amazing...the masterpiece in the house was the master closet....WOW...there is so much storage...love it....the garage has plenty of room...Be Safe Be Blessed... LOVE THIS and you’re only at the 4 minute mark lol . A lot of the time I like to see the house furnish ideas. But seeing it’s so empty like this just shows it looking so beautiful so clean. The home I live in now when I first looked at it it was completely empty so I love that about it. Let me start by saying the floors are beautiful. And I also want to say I’m sorry I’m just gonna turn into another novel like a lot of my comments have been for the past few videos. But that’s because the homes are so beautiful and we dream of a better life In something so nice. .I too love the built in entertainment shelves. Always said I’d never want a white kitchen but sometimes it looks so pretty on here. I think I’d have darker countertop. … I see the pool and that would be a dream come true for us. Only time we get a chance to swim is on vacation at the hotel pool. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for hubby since he loves to bbq and it’s nice for any kind of party you might have . My son’s bday is end of April, mine a few days later and daughter’s in august, making that entire backyard area ideal for spring/summer birthday parties . Well anytime is perfect in this home but you get what I mean. I’m not even at the bathrooms yet but have to say I only like when a bathtub is included. Shower too, but not when it’s only a shower. …. Scrolled back up to add in that just saw master bathroom, I LOVE it !Only thing I would change is wire type shelving. Just not feeling those. Love the storage part of it, just not the look of the wire type. For anyone who might see my comments on other videos, sorry for how long my comments turn out to be, its just easy to get caught up in how beautiful everything is, especially when my family and I dream of being able to move…. As always, enjoyed the commentary , anither great video and another beautiful home. The pool is what sucked me in the most, as it’s all we have wanted for so long …oh btw, loved the whole “fellas closet” and “lady’s closet “

The kitchen is missing double ovens. A home this size and price point requires that in the least. The ice maker is great. A mini fridge would've complimented the other side of the counter well. It's the little things that polish off a space

Hey Chance! Hey everyone! This one was awesome! They did a great job with the layout of this home! The master shower needed a bench. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this home. TFS!
I hate big homes because sooo much cleaning. BUT that 🛁 bath tub and all the closest are to die for. The owners did a wonderful job😍 I hope they have a good cleaning service set up too 😂
I feel they are easier to clean because you have room to get around furniture, and storage.
There is not a whole lot to dislike about this house. The floor plan is perfect. I would only change out a few of the fixtures, because I don't like goldtones and I would add a sink in the laundry area. Other than those few things this is my favorite home I have scene thus far.
Wow I think I would have put the same closet shelving in the master bedrooms into all the other closets all wood, not the wire shelving that just makes it look cheap. But over all that was one impressive house, garage, and backyard with a pool. Just WOW amazing! The entrance to the family/kitchen was just awesome! Yeah I'd believe the home owner will be pleased when they move into tomorrow! Lucky them! As usual great video of that home great job!

Chance, I love this video. It would be great if I could afford a house like this. The swimming pool was beautiful. I loved all the gold accent pieces. Thank you for opening the kitchen cabinet. I saw that it was soft close cabinet. The only part of the video that was confusing to me is the main bathroom didn't have a toilet. Unless you forgot to show us the toilet. The closet was spectacular. I think maybe you got excited about the big closet that you forgot to show us the toilet. I was laughing when you rolled that kitchen window open, because that's exactly how old-style single-pane windows used to work. My childhood home was built in 1942, and every window rolled open like that.
I thought that was funny too. My childhood home had them and was built in 1957. They’re called casement Windows. 😂 They’re really a pain in the neck to clean the outside if you’re windows are high off the ground.

The amount of storage in this home is amazing...I would upgrade the shelving in the closets...I'm not sure about the chandelier in the bathroom...It's beautiful, but would probably be a nightmare to clean. The main closet was a dream....I fell in love with this home.

This home is so beautiful, I don't know where to start. Coming from a mainly wet & windy UK, the outside kitchen is out of this world. A dream kitchen & back yard for sure. I love the kitchen and that master bathroom WOW! I was surprised to find wire racks in the closets when you consider the attention to detail in the rest of the home. Hello from Nova Scotia! Thank you Chance for showing this very nice home. The outside is beautiful. But, I am extremely disappointed in the closets. If I was paying around $180/Sq ft. I would want all my closets to have built-ins. Also the master closet had no space for dresses. My husband & I have built a few homes in our time together. Our first home had wire rakes. They are cheap & not very sturdy. I do love the house. It's way too big for my husband & I. But, I can so see a nice family of 5 living there. I don't reply very often. I just had to get that off my chest. Thank you again for showing us the home. I love your channel. I look forward to seeing what you have to show us. God bless
It looked like at least one, maybe more, of those shorter hanging areas had adjustable shelves as the bottom, meaning one could move them lower so as to make room for longer hanging clothes. Gorgeous closets!
