Her performance just seems very amateurish compared to some really solid performances from others in the show. It always seems lazy to me when actors don't put an effort in to get accents right.

Her ACTING was terrible. She shows zero emotion and had like one facial expression and does not know how to display empathy at all. It was very flat and lazy. The video game had more emotion than she did which is crazy.

The way she can do the clicks, and ONLY the clicks, is seriously impressive to me, as I can primarily only do the guttural part, and have to substitute throat clicks with tongue clicks.
the moment I saw she and Pedro pascal in the cast, it was a no brainer, this is an instant classic plus shes phenomenal on screen... Wish this series would have a lot of seasons!
Pedro is understandable as Joel, but she is nothing like Ellie and doesn’t have anywhere near the likeability she should
