I've been to Japan 3 times and it's my favorite place in the world. Can't wait to visit again or visit anywhere for that matter! Thank you so much for your videos. Your enthusiasm for Japan is infectious. Living vicariously through you.

It made me so happy and nostalgic watching your video because I studied abroad in Fukuoka in 2018!! It’s such a beautiful city, thank you so much for you posting this 💗
I always went here for my work visas for modeling jobs in Korea , I never got to stay long enough to enjoy it, but I liked it there a lot from what I did get to explore. Thank you for taking us on this trip. Brought back some fun memories for me.
I went to Fukuoka three years ago for the first time and did very similar things to you!😆(Canal city, Ramen stadium, and strolling yatai area!) Those who are planning to visit there, you will be so full all the time while you are there because Fukuoka has so much yummy and attractive food!❤️
I was born in Fukuoka. I am half Japanese, and I grew up in Europe. I used to go to Japan once every other year. I made so many memories in Fukuoka. It's been 9 years since I last visited. I didn't even wanna think about Japan bc I'd get homesick. Now, my mom said we can go at the end of this year. I'm so happy! I wanna talk about Fukuoka all day long!
Fell in love with Japan during my visit last 2019. And yes! Ichiran Ramen is (for me) the best tasting ramen. I heard they released an instant cup noodles, hope to see that featured on one of your vlogs someday 😊 Love from The Philippines 🇵🇭
My husband bought one of the instant ones to take home! they sell it on the ground level!!!! It was pretty inexpensive. I haven't seen it at stores yet, but maybe soon!
No offense. But that's the same as an American saying McDonalds has the best hamburgers. 😂 Ichiran is not bad. But the best? The best you'll find at high end restaurants or random small shops run by a 70 year old lady. Ah. I guess to each his own.
I love seeing your progress with your video editing skills, each one is better than the last!! I remember you saying how much effort you're putting into your videos and it really shows!
Fukuoka for me feels like a smaller Tokyo but with more "warmth" in terms of climate, beaches and still same entertainment if not more. Canal City makes my inner otaku very happy and now I want to visit Fukuoka once too!
Found your you tube videos by reference from my mom. I'm obsessed. I love watching your videos because it reminds me of when me and my daughter visited a few years ago. we live in san Diego and reminisce often about our time there. We want to come back someday and explore other areas that we were not able to visit. Fukuoka was our favorite place we stayed while in japan.
Living for all the puns in just the first 30secs 😂 but really enjoyed how engaging and informative this video is!! Also: glad to see you’ve started your goshuincho, and that it’s the beautiful one from the other video!! Have you gotten a few seals already or was this your first one?
Glad you liked it!! Thank you for showing up every week! I actually have collected stamps before, so I'm able to glue them into my new book. I had never found one I really felt attached to, so I was really excited to break it out OFFICIALLY!!!!!
Fukuoka was the first place in Japan I went! There’s so much to do in the city, so glad you got to the giant Buddha and shrines at Nanzoin Temple mostly to yourself!
Yay!! Fuk is my next place to visit! And with the spring flowers 🌸🥰🥰🥰 going to Atago shrine for cherry blossoms this month and Uminonakamichi Seaside Park where they have 12000 m2 of baby blue eyes in April. Will add some of your spots to my trip! Love you vids!
I stayed 1 night in Fukuoka in 2017 after going to Kumamoto. I stayed near the Station. I wandered about a bit, went to a shrine and then I went to Nagasaki the next day.
LOVE LOVE this city 🥰😍😍 The city I live ❤️We visited the Buddha recently and it was so nice, climbed all the up to a smaller shrine through a beautiful bamboo forest🙃 It is so nice to see a video of the city from you 😊 The ramen stadium is my husband's fav, he always tells me how he went there when he was a kid and it was a paradise 😂 Hope you will be back soon and explore more 😊
Wow! 🤩 That stationary festival float is so beautiful, thank you for sharing another informative beautiful video. Also the ramen 🤤, do ramen places have any vegan options?
Isn't the float incredible?! they build a new one each year.... ALSO ! after watching some of your videos I learned you're vegan! It can be really hard to find vegan accommodations in Japan (especially countryside) although not impossible. Big cities like Fukuoka (Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, etc) will be easier, you'll just have to do some research ahead of time. I have a vegan friend who likes the chain Ippudo! They have a vegan ramen (Although I have not tried it myself!)
@@heratlas I will definitely do my research before going, I can’t wait to visit but I’m glad I found your channel to have a virtual escape in the mean time 😍 I’ll put Ippudo down in my notes, thank you!
Hey! We are in Fukuoka for 24 hours right now. We are headed to Ichiran Ramen now from the airport. Hopefully they serve spicy ramen. I want to see the laying Buddha later today too. Thank you for this guide! Love your channel. Iwakuni is still my favorite city in Japan.
It's funny because i do the same with postmarks. I have my own "goshuincho" but for cancellation stamps i.e. postmark seals that you can ask for at Canadian post offices that they use to cancel the stamps on your letters which usually has nice illustrations. Not every city ot own has one but some places have several so when you get to a new city you should alwaus ask!!
I’m from NZ and travelled to Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Nara) with my bestie in 2019. My partner and I so want to visit when we can travel again, and I’ve even tried to convince him that we should move to rural Japan before we settle in NZ. I think your videos are convincing him!
