- Join us as we go through a culinary adventure in Fukuoka! As an important port town, Fukuoka is ideally situated next to both China and Korea making it a hot spot for cultural culinary crossover. Fukuoka is the birthplace for many of the culinary favorites across Japan including the delicious and amazing Tonkotsu Style Ramen. This city also seems to be one of the last to have the Yatai or portable food stalls that get set up and taken down every evening! It is a very unique cultural experience within Japan and is the perfect way to try some other local specialties like Yaki Ramen! Itadakimasu!
