Such a great conversation. Thanks for having me on for this discussion. I truly believe that more of the diaspora need to come back home to live a complete life. I don't think I will ever move back to the US full time.
I have the honour of being a returnee descendant who was born in Ghana. I was born in UK to Jamaican parents and married my wonderful husband Ghanaian when we were in our 20s. I didnt know then what I know now that my destiny was to fall in love with the home of my ancestors and own a home of my own in Accra. My children know there heritage and Ghana is home. My testimony is huge and yes God quite literally led us to be together. I love Ghana so much and even though I just spent a month there and had the joy of seeing in the New Year there 2022. I lost my mother last September and was not able to bring her with us for Christmas but she a Jamaican now owns a piece of the motherland because it was her wish that I would live in Ghana and now I own a home we bought before it was even built and she was thrilled. So I have come home and am happiest when I am in Ghana. I plan to share my testimony on my channel soon but for now I am so excited to see so many like minded brothers and sisters returning and I pray for their dreams and vision for the future of Ghana to be fulfilled. God planted the seed for my life and destiny to be married to a Ghanaian and to return to my motherland before I even met or ever imagined it would happen to me. I am in awe of what the Lord has done. God bless you all in your endeavours to make a new life in Ghana.
I love Denta , hilarious shows you put together always. You are so good in what you do. Thanks so much for bringing Ghana to us. I’m African but I now feel I should be Ghanaian in specific 😂😂😂
Absolutely beautiful as well as inspiring that Africans coming back home are totally uninterested in going back to the West and justifiably so. Well done to my kings and queens coming home and making Africa their livelihood for good. Yes there are challenges but we know how to overcome them.
This is the kind of education Ghana and Africans needs , to educate Africans the horrible, disturbing things our brothers and sisters in the diaspora endured. Africa as a whole has no clue.
I love this show. Thank you Denta for always giving us great content on Ghana 🇬🇭 It definitely added to me visiting Ghana last December. I’m starting my own body butter business and I bought my Shea butter in Ghana. The people of Ghana are so friendly and ready to do business. I will be back this year. Praise God!

The making of movies is a great idea. I've always wanted someone to make movies of a successful Afrika, maybe with small pockets of poverty but show a solution to destroy it. These are feel good movies and Afrikans need to see this. I watch mostly Afrikan movies but many of them are in the villages where ppl are so poor. My thirst can only be quenched with a movie about portraying us as rich. Black Panther put a pride in all of us. Movies can change the way we think about ourselves and we must change that poor and begging mentality and pursue greatness.
I totally agree with movies charging cheaper. It's never made sense to me when you get to movie theaters and see just a handful of people in there just because most people can't afford it. It just doesn't give the same vibe and l didn't need to go back.
More Americans are leaving the states because things are changing for the worse not better. I'm hoping and praying me and my two boys can make it out as well. Right now we are working on gettin passports here and making sure we can earn a living and live good where ever we go in Africa.
I am going to say something here. I think we need to have a battle of the jellof rice competition just to settle this matter. Sorry to say Flavour Nabania said Cameroon has the best jellof rice and I agree. Let's choose the candidates who claim they can do it better not just people from the streets and carry out this competition so that we can lay it to rest. Let's recommend people from all jellof cooking countries so that this challenge can begin. For Cameroon I will recommend Kengskitchen, Fran's cuisine or Precious core. Perhaps this can be one of your episodes just for the fun of it.
The guy from Georgia is right about El Salvador and Cryptocurrency, Ghana NEEDS more of the guys from the tech sector to invest and the govt need to give these people incentives, especially with NFTS, im still trying to learn about NFTS because people are literally making multi-millions overnight, its crazy

Hi one thing I will say is that we cannot start to understand the number of competent black people currently living worldwide that wish to return. When people comment on your focus on Ghana but slant it towards Africa as a whole, it's not tribalism, it's liberty from the residue of our colonial history. If Ghana was big enough for all blacks we would move there. Its so sad to see africa extending a welcoming open hands to the Diaspora, and the diaspora is all locked up in those cold, snowy, racist don't like Blacks countries. The diaspora are ashamed and do not want to let go.
The move takes PLANNING and finances. We don't want to be a burden on society. We are visiting Ghana in August. We are retired. We are also interested in Namibia
I know. Some blacks consumes to much unwanted Unusable things that have or carries a value..that why they are locked into a system that is taking them longer, and harder to get out of..Things like wasting monies on holidays that have no values financially
I can say that I disagree. It’s lack of saving, information, exposure and knowledge. I’m coming from a “southern” family and I took initiative to learn more and TH-cam has inspired me to want better after I seen better. I never had anyone that visited or talked about it. They couldn’t teach me what they didn’t know or what was beat out of them. Think it was a generational limitation. So the idea was based on my own curiosity.
