This is quite an impressive Germanic single-edged sword that you don't find many reproductions of on the market. It's sort of reminiscent of a falcata but there are significant differences. And it doesn't handle the way you might expect when looking at it.

Accurate replica of an original find
Wide blade for powerful slashing & chopping
Very light and agile
Appropriate sharpness
Tough, durable blade
Narrow grip makes edge alignment somewhat challenging
Minor flaws in the finish (considering the price)
