Some say Sir Bedwyr was too grieved to throw the sword into the lake, knowing it would result in the king's death. The story goes that, unable to kill his king, he bore the burden of immortality bestowed by the sacred sword, and wandered for hundreds of years in search of his missing king, finally running out of strength in Avalon. Then, for nothing more than the entertainment value, the mage Merlin granted him his dying wish, and left him this one decree: "Your king is long lost to us, Bedwyr. However, there exists a man equally deserving of this sword. You must venture forth into a time far from your own, seek out this man, and pass on the blade, for it is he who will lead Britain to prosperity in the absence of Artorius. Will you do it?" Sir Bedwyr, lacking all hesitation, nodded.
Years turned to decades, and decades into centuries, as with his final breaths, Sir Bedwyr scoured the world, in search of the one chosen by Merlin to lead Britain. He crossed oceans vast, climbed mountains steep, chased rumors loose, but all efforts came fruitless. He soon found himself far from home, further north and towards the western horizon. It was there that, after lifetimes of searching, he found him. A man of great honor, who defends his fellow men, and teaches the sword with the passion of the king himself. He was hesitant to pass the blade, however, as he knew it would end his duty, and therefore his life. Therefore, through an anonymous message of newfound magic, he said to him, "I have a sword for you. Take it, for it was always meant to be yours. I will not say my name, for it not important. But in time, yours will be known for all history to hear and bear witness." With the deed done, he laid on his bed. He looked to the sky, and as his eyes grew heavy, he finally whispered, "My destiny is fulfilled."

Skal: pulls out sword....

What an absolutely majestic creation. Bless the man who gave that to you, and bless you for sharing
I'd say we should elect the person who donated this sword to you to some position of power but alas, distributing swords is no basis for a system of government...
Just because some watery bint lobed a scimitar at me...
It's the only form of government I believe in tbh.
I think, this person who gave it to you is happy to see you destroing this bootles
The decorations on the blade :O
It was like you were 5 yrs old and you just found your favorite thing ever. What a fun watch!
Amazing, shows what kinda fans you have!
I can't remember you looking so genuinely happy and excited. You're like a grateful kid at Christmas. It's excellent.
That is a beautiful sword. I want one now, too. I think I'll be buying an Albion sword soon.
I was happy he got it at first. but then there was that slow zoom in of the sword with a moving shot and now I'm trying to figure out if I could somehow take it
