I’m going to yell. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO. I could shed tears. I have searched several TH-cam videos on how to use this app and none have been this detailed and explanatory. I have an online business and have trouble with my photography editing. I was almost to the point of saying forget it I’ll send all of my photos to a professional editor to fix for me. Great job, Zac. I was able to follow easily. Lots of info here to digest. One thing that held me up was when you did the split tone. My iPhone LR did not have that tool. Thanks for a clean, clear video. Do you have a video showing how you get your phone up on the computer screen when you make these videos? That really makes a difference when following along.
Glad you got some value out of it. LR now has a "color grading" tool that took place of the split tone tool. They basically do the same thing, but the new tool gives you control of the mid tones.
As far as recording the phone... I just used the built in screen recording feature on my iPhone and then synced the audio in post.

@@ZacSopak Subscribed! Please make a video if you should take a photo with Flat Picture Profile or just standard.
@@Hackers16 I would just use the standard profile for photos and a flat profile for video. Using different profiles for photos can sometimes mess up your raw photos leaving you with less dynamic range.
