Easily the best, most concise, succinct video I've ever seen on website copy & structure. 10/10 much appreciated.

Watched this twice to let it soak in and take notes. Thank you for making it clear since there is so much noise on the topic.

Very good content structure. Thanks. Recently I've noticed that most (even famous and popular) digital technology websites rarely make clear what are they about and what they offer. They are lucky to have bloggers, reviewers and teachers to explain their value before the actual user finds them by themselves.

I've always loved writing. When tested my vocab score was greater than than of a colleague who was a doc level English prof. I liked writing a dissertation, and loved writing a book for myself. After thirty years as an "essential worker" I am ready to work creatively remote from home. Perhaps I can use my writing skills to support non-profits that serve the homeless in my hometown. That is a passion of mine. I just want to serve in a new way. I need to learn more about computers to use them in my remote work from home. Drowning in student loan debt from my doc program, never made more than $42K/yr cant afford additional training. Customer journey sounds like an IEP or therapy for a client. It is never about the therapist.

It would be great to always include promoting nonprofits and how to get people engaged in donating. Maybe a specific segment about that.

Why would a person not tell a customer, what to do..?? You're basically guiding that customer, around the your website...!! That's literally common sense. I looked on a couple of websites to see how they are. Mine is gonna be interesting & eccentric. I designed it and actually put the places where to go on it. Like press ( Acessories, Jewelry, Bottoms, Tops, Jackets) etc. Who does something like that...??
