- Super Simple Banana Ice Cream is a rich, creamy, no-fuss ice cream recipe that requires no complicated equipment and can be made with just 4 ingredients! Whipping cream is combined with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and ripe bananas. Whipped until thick then frozen until set, this super simple ice cream is guaranteed to please all banana lovers - give it a try today!
Ingredients:
600ml of Whipping Cream (any cream suitable for whipping)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Large, Very Ripe Bananas (peeled and mashed)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Freezing Time: About 4 to 6 hours approx.
MAKES APPROX. 1.5 LITRES OF ICE CREAM

Found this while looking for a recipe to use up bananas and made it. So GOOD!!! Super easy, yummy, and quick. I added a little rum extract along with the vanilla. It’s a keeper!

In the freezer right now and only thing I did different was add 1tsp of dried vanilla beans....added to the mashed bananas and let it sit while mixing up the liquids. Smells and looks sooo wonderful!

I tried this recipe but I used coffee and chocolate instead of bananas (I didn't have any at the time) and it was awesome. Thank you for this and other quick and easy methods.
