Anyone who's never seen his TH-cam channel, this dude creates more new material than any comedian I've seen, and somehow it's still all gold

for real, that's a great sub. dude got new material somehow like every other day and I haven't heard a bad set yet.... until this one. might be Jimmy's bad publicity energy

The energy from the crowd wasn't good, they seemed too stiff... but Josh is killing it in the clubs, the weekly sets premiered on his channel lately have me laughing hard every time
Agreed, the crowd is a bit too "studio" and sound like they're reacting based on some producer's feedback and not paying enough attention to the stories. Josh is killing it as always! Non-studio audiences definitely are more engaged.

But yeah, still glad to see him on the show...hoping it brings in some new audience members so he can stop being underrated. I was almost angry when I saw his tour live and the club wasn't completely sold out lol
I noticed that too! His observational humor isn't always "ha-ha" funny. But he cracks me up. I love his pacing, his stories and his wit.
This is why clubs serve drinks.

He is my current favorite comedian! It's unbelievable how fast his jokes come out. He's so freaking intelligent, like an entire writers room in one person.

Gotta be honest. Me too. Love his casually hilarious vibe. And he is prolific. He puts out so much material. I swear, if I see a headline on Monday, it feels like I'm watching his set on it on Tuesday.

I think this was his doing, lately it seems Josh has reset his whole approach, like he's in a second wind of his career. Changed his look, his timing and style, even the jokes are more relatable and less weirdly edgy. He seems to want to walk the road of a comic doing the groundwork again.
I was thinking this isn't his venue and the set wasn't long enough for his style. The crowd was a little to for away for the normal interaction. Love this guy, glad to see the recognition. Hope to see him soon on his own special.

Hey for anybody who doesn’t know, Josh has his own podcast called the Josh Johnson Show! Him and Logan kill it as cohosts, and it’s probably my fave comedy podcast personally. Basically just an hour of Josh and Logan telling stories like this but longer, and it deserves more listens because it’s so good!!

He’s so talented and he constantly posts new content more than any other comedian I know it’s insane (and it’s not all crowd work like other comedians)
The comedians who post only their crowd work are usually touring a show, so if they upload all the anecdotes and jokes then there's nothing new for the audiences who buy tickets to their shows.
I agree with you though, Josh has an incredible breadth of work... And he's hilarious.

Agreed and same. You should checkout his Podcast The Josh Johnson Show. I'm NOT a Podcast, Spotify, or an Apple person, but I DO own an iPad Pro (do to a failed business venture) AND ran out of official Josh Johnson internet contant, so I hopped over the Podcast to catch the full content from the Podcast clips and its the best free entertainment decision I made in a while.
I've since downloaded other podcast, but I cant really bring myself to listen to them unless it either has him or his best friend/co-host/showrunner/ opener of choice Logan Nielsen on it.
However, despite both finding Logan's other projects HIGHLY amusing (by my standards), I STILL find myself returning to The Josh Johnson Show as my staple go to Podcast despite being currently being caught up on all the episodes.

It’s basically just Josh and another standup comic Logan telling stories of all the crazy bullshit they’ve seen and experienced, with some occasional episodes just writing scripts for movies about porta-potty based murders. It’s the best
