10 Minute Hip Mobility Routine (Follow Along)

- This is a 10-minute hip flexibility routine for improving the mobility of the hips and surrounding tissues. This works great as a stand alone morning routine, or any time of day, or can be used as a warm up or cool down, pre or post workout.
i am ending my day with this as it's already evening time in France and it felt so good. I am home alone, had a crapy day, grey and rainy weather so this was a ray of sunshine, loved it thanks so much Tim!! This series of postures comes pretty close to what I've been doing to heal a lower back injury which cause tightness in hip&hamstrings. Gonna give this a try after my swim. Thanks, Tim!😊

First of all, thank u Tim. This was super effective/efficient. My injury is on my left side, making my hamstring weak/tight/unstable. Getting into side angle on left was difficult for me bc u have to put all your weight on that left leg. Here, u have us get into that from our knees which was so much easier as a warm up. Then I could progress into the full pose later (another class later in the day). Duh. Why didn't I think of that! Will be using this as a warm up.

Hey Tim! Really liking your videos. I noticed that I do not click the like button as often as I actually like the content. That is because the videos end so quickly at the end of the session and TH-cam moves to the next one before I have the chance to like. Would be useful to have one or two minutes in the end just for this purpose. Either just the landscape or a section explaining your classes and website, etc.

Hey Tim. Just came on this video because I was looking for a hip mobility routine, your calm voice and the sound of the sea in the background had gotten my attention! Great video, thank you for that! I will definitely try this one tomorrow morning. Can you do this routine every morning? Or better to do it 2-3 times a week?
It's best to switch things up a bit so not the same video every day is best.

not sure if I could perform this straight after sleep. Is this sciatica friendly at all?
I did this after another teacher's video on stress release with lizard and pigeon moves and it felt OK.
Try going for a brisk 15-30min walk before. Walking outdoors in the morning is a boon for health.
