- Imagine (or remember) yourself back in 2012 unboxing groundbreaking brand-new OLED Sony PlayStation Vita 3g and accessories! One of my all-time favorite handheld systems. Bought years ago and stayed on shelf while I was rocking slim version till this moment.)
I remember opening my first PS Vita (Black Ops bundle) during Christmas of 2012. This video took me back because it looks as crispy as I remember it. Piano black looked so elegant and with the OLED screen 🤌
Thing was a beast! Clearly ahead of its time, and that oled screen too.

Such a good handheld, it's such a shame Sony allowed it to die so easily in the west. It's remained popular in Japan though I've heard.

Oh yes, I remember playing Horizon Zero Dawn on vita slim remotely using HORI PS Vita 2000 L2/R2 L3/R3 Remote Play Assist Attachment - amazing experience!)

hey since the battery wasn't charged at all for a long time. Did you encounter any problems ?
Nope, just left it charging for like 1 hour before turning on
Unfortunately I only got my ps vita oled in 2019. Accessories are stupid expensive online and will soon dry up. I’m buying anything I can get lol spare parts just incase lol and original accessories. Taken 3 years to get what I wanted just waiting for a bargain. We move lol

eBay and AliExpress are the best places I think. Just be sure it’s for the oled 1000 series not 2000 most accessories are out of stock or very expensive second hand on eBay.
