Brock the legend! Did you check out that time slip? Gixilla got it beat by 5mph in the 1/8th right now as it sits. This new class that they put together is such an amazing opportunity, can't wait to join them! Brock answer me this riddle , 150lb rider, gsxr 1000 or busa? If you reply you'd make my day!! Thanks !
@@DOITALLMFER FYI: Jeremy ran a 5.86 /130.83 MPH in the 1/8th. To answer your question - the ZX-14 will be FAR easier to ride quickly and consistently, stock wheelbase....but it will have fits with the 1000's back half. I really don't see the Busa in the equation, we can make 20 more HP with a comparable set-up ZX-14R.
@@BrockDavidson that's all I needed to know. Thankyou so much for the reply, and yes I've watched that entire series pretty good. Even if I watched it already I watch again. I want to enter this class as the rookie I am. I hope this class can stick for atleast a couple years to get my feet wet .
Over the years (especially Psychobike. com days) loved to see talent like this. Guys who can ride the fastest grudge bikes, them dominate a class, and still kill it with a true hand clutch. Mad respect.
I went a 6.09@120mph in the 1/8th which was a 9.37@148mph 1/4 on a stock 2nd gen busa slammed strapped minus the big factory shitcans down here in humid shitty weather San Antonio, Texas. He went a 5.92@125 in the 1/8th so thats 8.90s-9.00s ish somewhere in there which is smokin fast!!! Not many people these days can ride SWB bikes that badass anymore!!! Badass 60ft and work Chris its rollin man!
I have the same 2016 SE as this. I work pediatric ER and always get teased about being a "biker". I try to explain how fast is FAAAASSSST...but they just can't wrap their head around it. 125mph in the 1/8th on an essentially stock motorcycle is just insane. That's 125mph in 660ft. Wow. So now I'll just show them this video.
I ran a 10.31 at 144mph on my first pass ever with this bike stock!. And i had traction control on with a easy launch. I'm sure i can get into the 9's if i tried.
@Dio Black You can get a ZX14R for $11k new....except the 2016 SE version like in this vid is still holding value at 9-10k on used market. Stock the ZX14R is faster but there ARE more mods for Hayabusa, but there are also tons of mods for Harley Davidsons and those are very slow.
Love the Video! Cant wait till my 1 year warranty is up on my ZX14R so I can get it flashed and the cats off. But riding this monster at only 130 lbs it already blows my mind.
Awesome bud. On your last pass, my 2018 does that with my 240lb butt on it. I can’t wait to see the mods and how you learn to launch it. You got my attention 👍👍
Fun times for sure. Perhaps the title should have been How "quick" can I go.......... Trap speeds are secondary info pertaining to drag strip performance. Keep the viewers ( like myself) updated with the 14R, I look forward to them.
Now you've got my attention... stock wheelbase machine basically Stock Motorcycle. Now it's 90% Rider 10% bike... more videos like this Chris please... thank you
Good to see you at Shadyside Dragway on a nice Mid-December day. Awesome results for a basically stock ZX14R. I'm sure with Moore Mafia Mod's & tune you'll get those times down even more.
Put 6" over arm, brocks street pipe, shinko hook-up pro, tune and gas, maybe a small shot and that thing will be a beast. Great vid and even better riding skills bro! Thanks for the content.
we loose sight of what is fun on the quest for that et.. always seeking a bit more...used to haul it in the back of a truck,,,now>> trailer, bigger truck, generator, air tanks, tools, jacks, spare clutches,gaskets,plugs,oil,etc..now,, a crew....
Need to take it down the quarter 8th isn’t enough for a stock bike... you look like you damn near first gear the entire 8th... JS.... great video though Kawboys for life!!!
How's it going.you have a awesome bike collection.in04 i started on a kaw zrx1200 .in 08 i traded for 08 Suzuki hyabusa im thinking about getting a new kaw 1400.both of my old bikes were both great bikes.i like the busas valve train was much quieter than the 1200 kaw i was wandering if you're z1400 valves are quite like a hyabusa
Damn even ol Brock is watching you now Keep up the great work with the channel guys The SWB makes for great photos of air under the front tire which admittedly we all have that photo somewhere lol but anybody experienced knows great photos make for crap ETs lol Love it keep it coming
The Suzuki fanboys gonna kick you out of the fraternity 4 that Chris, lol🤣🤣🤣. Well I thought it was a great piece of riding. I think you can get it down 2 a 8.5 in the 1/4 wit tune, gearing & exhaust. Brock got about 220 horsepower out of 1 of the builds he did wit tune, filter & usual bolt on's. Can't wait 2 see what exhaust you go wit.
That’s how I found out about all of your stuff Brock I was watching Chris vids and saw your sticker on the side of his bike and said well I better check this Brock’s guy out lol
What year is yours mines 07 they great bikes just heck to get that battery outta there lol I hate it compared to the ease of the busa I had. I ride it like a Harley I’ve added fiberglass custom speakers pods and a stereo and it came with nitrous but I don’t use that after I total loss my busa last year
What gearing are you using? I'm extra center link. 18/41 which is close but a tad taller than 17/39. My front walks off the track under power at low da weather. (Probably negative da at Cecil md 45F day close to sea level) I own the 40t rear but on the mountain at 1100ft I don't think it will like a tad taller than 17/38 gearing in the heat? You guys that don't believe the times my dial on the mountain with mid 1.6 60ft is upper 9.30s. Best at cecil is 9.24 brocks pipe and bad power wheelies in first. It was too cold to want to go with the 18/40 gearing. I'm lazy lol
I cant find the class rules on the new class.. do you have a breakdown on whats allowed. Can you have lightweight wheels and a quickshifter since alot of oem bikes have those as factory options

@next tex ya i agree it would really show how much that KRTC really works i have the 2016 and its awesome to be able to really get in it and have the ecu help u out just enough to help keep that front wheel from coming up to high still searches a lil especially during hard shifts from 1 to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd but lets you stay in it without having to pull clutch in or back off of the gas. I honestly didn't think i was gunna like traction control on a bike but dang it man its actually pretty cool.
After the 330 it's all horsepower anyway most of the time I go to the track I run to there turn around and do it again I get way more practice that way.

Hard to beat the fun on a stock bike at the track! With your weight I'm saying the quarter time is 8.93
more like 9.50
My stock gen1 runs 9.30s and the gen2 is usually good for 3 to 4 more tenths and Chris is a light rider.

Notice how both riders power wheelied...but only Doc Mafia have the surgical throttle hand!
The Doctor is IN, here we go!
I wish you could race demonology. I would love to show him a stock wheelbase bike can be a beast !
That would be nice! This guy can ride a bike!!
We need H2 content 😍
What is your opinion on dual mufflers vs single? Love ya Man!
Yes sir that's what I'm talking about
With the correct technique the 2012 and newer 14 is a low 9 ride all day long
That weelie is what scares me the most I saw a bike flip over an. Fell in the rider!
I come to the channel for the great motorcycle content but I stay to look at the pictures on your wall behind you.
Lol
Was that a run without removing restrictions? If so extra good 👍

Sunday Sunday Sunday you pay for the whole seat but you just need the edge lol.
Are you coming next Sunday ? I was on the blue 1k had a balb street tire , got a hookup on it now
I hope to be there again!!! If you hook up... I think you got me.
Maybe but your bike runs strong for a stock bike
Bro you are crazy that track looks like it's on its last leg
Try run them times on a stock busa no chance ,great vid 👍
really? you should look around.
Would traction control setting 1 help with the wheelie from the line but still give a good time?
Is that with factory gearing? Did you check to see if it had been changed by the previous owner?
17/40 gearing
Id like an MR12 Tune for my 15-14R Tyvm Mr B Davidson
Is that a dirty magazine pin up wall in the background
