Please reply because I have just recently repaired my laptop from service centre but the engineer told me that his pendrive is corrupt so he cannot do the DMI but he said it will not generate any error further

Hi there, I did manage to get the unlock mode to lock but wasn't able to enter product name, product serial number or enter product number so I still have theses issues. Any help to solve this would be much appreciated.

Sir my hp laptop was having the same problem < manufactring program mode set to unlock mode> but when i change unlock mode to lock by using this tool and after restart the error changes to product information invalid(00A)
Product configuration
Product serial number
Product number
Product family
Product CT number
f10-continue startup
Then when i press f10 enters to bios setup after save and exit repeats to show me the error repitedly and it can't load the window. Any solution please... Thanks in advance
