System is booting in manufacturing program mode 28" Then Windows starts. How can I fix this?

Means factory has not yet locked speed settings for cpu, fans, pci lanes. Dimm slot speed etc. Factory made computers are all locked in at lowest settings no matter what country the laptop or pc ia made in

Solved: I modify .bat and add absolute path to Config64.exe... in my case "c:\aries\CONFIG64.EXE /GETCONFIG ..."
