- We're beginning the most 90's rally game you'll ever play with the Almerian oddity that was never going to make it past the decade. Nice livery but that's it.
But how about all those beautiful backgrounds and all those vibrant colours! They're great and adds more life to the game than you'd think. This kissassery will continue in the next video and the rest as well. I don't apologize for any of it.

Here's how I got the game to work on Windows 10:

1) Mount a virtual disk of the game (iso or cue file) install the game and download the Microsoft Compatibility Administrator (both easy enough to find).
2) Open the program and click 'Fix'.
3) Set the program file location to the ral.exe file in your IRC install folder. Click 'next'
4) Skip the 'Compatibility Modes' section by clicking 'next' again.
5) In the 'Compatibility Fixes' menu, tick the following fixes: IgnoreException IgnoreScheduler SingleProcAffinity Then click 'Next'
6) Click 'Finish. Make sure you've highlighted the profile you just created then click 'run'.
7) Click 'Browse' and select the ral.exe file in your install folder. Then click 'OK.
It should run without issue after this and you will need to repeat steps 6 & 7 every time you launch the game. Make sure you're cd is mounted.
Also, if the music isn't playing find the ral.zog file located in the 'var' folder and change the drive letter in the line "cdrom={Drive letter}:\" to the drive the CD is mounted on.
Pure nostalgia. I loved this game as a kid. :)

loved this game. Played it a lot.
... also there was a rally game in wich you had to repair your car to have good performance on track. Does anyone knows?
What was that bar that turns from green to red on the left from speedmeter?

@@TPL-Motorsport thanks for quick answer! I thought that it could be it, but how this affects race? How can you run out of fuel during race? By doing what? : D
@@Cesarski By not stopping to refuel before you run out. You'll lose power and retire if you do.

You had to go into the yellow marked area to refuel. I only remembered it when I saw the markings. In fact I probably didn't drive much as iirc there was a stage generator @@Cesarski
