that is jeow mak len, or, tomato dipping sauce. you roast tomato, chillies, garlic, shallots/onions then "tam" in mortar. add salt fish sauce green onion and cilantro. basically roasted mexican salsa but w fish sauce added
I like everything you put in there.. but I see some people add kao kua in there as well... I was thinking to use everything you use except mushroom seasoning and using kao kua.. thoughts?
I do really your videos, but damn, that background music does not suit and it's loudly. I can't hear you and you have a nice voice. May I suggest smooth jazz and non stressful music that set your mood to make your delicious recipes

How do you store the beef bile? It is frozen. Do you thaw it out in the fridge?
Yeah just freeze it.. Thaw it out with water or i even microwave it a lil if I'm storing it in a water bottle..
