PADEAK SAUCE
1. Fermented fish sauce, cooked
2. Tamarind water, cooked
3. Shrimp paste
4. Sugar
5. Msg
6. Chili
7. Garlic
Serve with grilled fish and tons of vegetables, such as lettuce, mint, dill, cilantro, green onions, cucumbers etc..

How did you do the tamarind water?
1 cup water + 1/2 cup tamarind concentrate, bring it to a simmer for 2-3 min. Remove from heat and let cool.
