How to Make Korean-Style Steamed Eggs
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon black or white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 cup water
Green onion to garish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine eggs, chicken powder, black pepper and sesame oil.
2. Whisk the eggs.
3. In a clay pot bring water to a boil.
4. Add the egg mixture to the pot and lower the heat.
5. Continuously stir the eggs for 2 minutes.
6. Cover the pot and steam for 3 minutes over low heat. Turn of the heat.
7. Let rest for 3 minutes. Garnish with green onion.

How long can you keep the sauce in the fridge?
Used your recipe but modified it slightly to suit my Malaysian taste buds. Added tamarind paste to bring out the fish taste. Also, Thai chilli paste and preseserved mustard were used as condiments together with blanched bean sprouts and sliced cabbage. It was good. Will make it again. Thanks.
I just use too much beef bile and trust it will give you headaches if not balanced correctly
How about heating it back up? Do u put it back into the oil? Or do you put it in the oven?
Oven on low and adding into oil to reheat is ok but keep eye not to overbook or burn it cuz they are already dried/ baked by the sun.

Yeah just freeze it.. Thaw it out with water or i even microwave it a lil if I'm storing it in a water bottle..

You are slicing the meat vertically? That means nothing. Do you mean "across the grain"? That would make sense. Is this Korean Hot and Sour soup? It certainly isn't Chinese. Way too much sugar! Turn off the pot before you add the egg.
