    This is me! I'm a runner and workaholic and felt exhausted by midday. My regular Dr. put me on hormones to get my numbers up. Saw a TCM Dr. and he said i was totally depleted and had a deep lung infection. We started with digestion. Changed my diet, gave me herbal remedies and made me rest more. 5 months later, I'm stronger than ever! TCM is the real deal! 💥🙌

    Thank you for this interesting information! What do you think about vegan food which contains cooked grains like rice, millet, oats, buckwheat, etc., as well as nuts, seeds and tofu? And what about the so-called “Low-Carb-Diet”? Is it really good for everybody? Also: What does TCM say about intermitting fasting? I would honestly appreciate your suggestions! Thank you!

    Thankyou! This is my constitution 100%.. I fell for the Celery juice cure and yes it makes me feel quite cold when I drink it- was questioning how that's a good thing; but desperation to heal can make you blind and vulnerable. Also it doesn't make sense for it's claims to increase stomach acid & bile when it is cold & dampens digestive fire- I found this counterintuitive to be honest. Thankyou for clearing this up- it's quite expensive too lol. And you are right that everyone is thinking that being Raw vegan is the best healing diet when it isn't. I needed to hear this Thankyou Alex.

    Could you please share a link to herbs you´re mentioning in this video like: wager tongue, lingua jugen town and legion.

    I get tired easily, and have trouble with BMs being hard to pass since childhood. Certain things will help temporarily like fiber or magnesium but doesn't fix it. I used to run super freezing but now I'm more warm, however, when I get cold I feel really cold to the bone. Hope you make a video for people who have trouble passing BMs.

    Oh that's me... great to realize I'm doing the exact opposite of what I should do, I am actually drinking green tea, doing the "celery cleanse", drinking cold smoothies, eating salads, feeling cold all the time. No wonder. But I was doing all of this to finally be healthy. Then I just got worse.

    Overlaps well with Vata in ayurveda

    • @robinlillian9471
      @robinlillian9471 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, it does not. I have all the symptoms he lists, and the last thing I am is vata. Vata people are thin. Ayurveda is no good for me, because it always recommend more cold vegetables--the origin of cold celery juice. I suppose that makes sense in a hot place like India, but not in cold climates. What he is describing is damp cold/deficient spleen energy. Cold drinks make you colder.

  • @TsukimiTube
    @TsukimiTube 4 ปีที่แล้ว +12

    I am having all the symptoms you are taking about except the low appetite. I always want to eat, especially bad carbs after meals. I tend to overeat. IBS diagnosis in my 20s, bloated after meals, extremely tired in the morning, cold hand and feet. Teeth marks on the side of my tongue and a lump feeling in the throat. I am reading about TCM a lot and what comes up is spleen qi deficiency and liver qi stagnation, although I still can't really figure it out. Because even warm foods like rice or oatmeal with berries make me bloated.
    I went vegan 3 years ago ( not raw) I have to say it helped me a lot with my ibs symptoms. Diarrhea attacks after eating are gone, but I still bloat to the extent looking pregnant and have a very foggy head in general.
    Any ideas?

      Have you tried adding in herbs? Tried looking into 5 element theory?
      Working on my kidneys helped my digestion.

    • @ablurida
      @ablurida ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know this is an old post but maybe you are still suffering. Try quitting gluten. Lots of crap put in there.
      Also my cousin has been diagnosed with IBS and he said probiotics changed his life.
      Also, soak ALL your lentils and beans and then rinse them until the foam disappears. ALL of them even the split ones.
      I wouldn't be surprised if veganism helped you because you quit dairy in the process, which is also bad (at least the mass produced kind), and had to cook more and avoid processed foods.
      If you still have trouble after all this, I would avoid soy and corn too because apparently they have been genetically modified to hell and are no longer good for us. I know soy is a big part of veganism, but if you respond well to lentils and beans after soaking them and rinsing them, you could meet your protein intake that way?
      Foggy brain: Omega3s, if you are not getting them from fish have flaxseed and chia seeds

    I actually can feel hot and cold qi. Right now I feel really really hot. Examples would be hot qi feels like your eating spicy food. Cold qi feels like your eating watermelon or korean pear. I need to eat more raw salad to clear this heat. most important Don't drink cold water or eat ice cream. cold water messes up your qi god knows why. You should explanation video. I have no clue why freezing cold water messes up qi.

    Wow, I just got on a celery juice cleanse with 16oz in the morning and 2 weeks later I feel like crap! I already have adrenal/hypthyroid/anxiety/insomnia and was hoping the celery juice would help. It did initially the first few days but then my tongue started looking funny and I went to see an acupuncturist. She really helped after only 1 treatment and said I need all things warm and cooked. But she did say to avoid pepper or garlic or spices. I'm also supposed to avoid kale/spinach but was eating those daily. I am gluten free, dairy free, recently went sugar free and now all these new things not to eat! I'm confused with all the information out there! It's exhausting researching. I'm trying to listen more to my body but still need help. Thanks for your videos.
