Timing this with the stopwatch on my phone I'm getting an average of around 3.6 seconds zero to 60 mph with an average of around 7.6 seconds to 100 mph. Pretty impressive. What I also find impressive is Livernois Motorsports made a tune for the F-150 Powerboost that does zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. Incredible what these new Ford engines will do when you start to tweak them.
Check out Cletus McFarlands Whipple F150. Close to 1100 hp and I’m pretty sure it’s 0 to 60. It’s probably closer to two seconds check out the 60 foot that thing does.

I have AWD option and 4WD H and I'm debating on what's better to use for a pull form dead stop.** What do you think*** I was thinking just leave it in AWD, maybe take TC off, and pin it but would 4WDH be better/ slip less on the start? @Racingstreettrucks
4H for hard launches, 4L for more precise 4 wheeling, and 4A for all other uses on the road where you would otherwise be getting tail-happy with 2H. 4A is suitable for most pavement uses because it doesn’t have binding issues while turning and offers better fuel economy, too, but it uses clutches and needs to sense wheel slip to really engage the front drivetrain; it's not the best for hard launches, but good for randomly shoving your foot to the floor after a stop sign!
Lol bruh all 4wd trucks normally have locked front axels, in 4HI and 4LO they are locked but some newer trucks like mine have 4A which unlocks them for better turning. There’s no differential in the front, that would be your transfer case
@@tkc2406 No, LOL, 🤡Bruh , no 1/2 ton truck has "locked" anything. Yes, a limited front transfer slip is optional on certain WBs of Fords, which is why I asked. Aftermarket upgrades are possible, but most are unable to shift under power like he did. Head on back to dodge world.

Have you had any issues with the whipple? I’ve had mine on since September of 21 and have put about 10k miles on it. Upon cleaning the tb I noticed the dust cap on the bearing was dangling on the shaft. Have to send it back to whipple for a rebuild.

So let me get this straight? 9200$ for a top speed of 120? How do you make it get a better top speed. Thats legit a dealbreaker for me. These trucks look good and all but the more i watch the more I find out that the brand new ones have alot more failsafes built into them. Why would they make it so you need a different ecm to tune the truck on 2021-2023s too? Makes me think ford just doesn’t want anyone tinkering with that and for a reason!

@@Suckmyring I’m still a gm fan by heart , I wish gm would sell a single cab with a 6.2 10speed , but either if you where to add a 3.0 whipple supercharger the Hp difference is crazy , they just work way better with the coyote engines , but this is the only Ford I am ever getting hahah , but yea man the only thing you do have to worry about with this truck is if you add a supercharger is you have to get long tubes because for some reason the stock catyltic converters get clogged. And a lot of peoples motors blow up , but ask me any questions man I’ll do my best to reply to them in the best way I can. Have a good day 💪💪
@@rstjeffall the 4v dohc ford's work killer with boost this has been going on for 20 years gm guys are just now starting to catch on. Ever heard of an 03-04 cobra or 07 up gt500? They had old school 4v mod motors that didn't have the tech, compression or rpm the coyotes have but they could still make damn good power with a blower on a stock untouched long block despite the fact they had very mild cams and no vct. Dohc and boost just works very well it's just now that there are coyotes out there people are starting to take notice more because they're alot more common than the limited cobra and gt500 engines so not as many people have experience with them compared to coyotes.
@rstjeff I'm a chevy guy too but I just traded my 18 rcsb silverado in for a 22 rcsb f150 both v8 and I can't say I'm disappointed. I'm considering a supercharger but I'm afraid I'm going to get in trouble the way it is now 😂 lots more options and more power in the ford. I'm not sure I trust the reliability of it though. I'll probably run out the warranty and buy a new one in a couple years if I like it enough.

Hey I just bought a super crew FP700 truck. What kind of mileage are you getting? Do you run primarily 93 or E85 or an Ethanol blend?
These 5.0 ten speeds are insane. He only hit 6th gear, meaning they were all underdrive gears, hense the insane acceleration.
He also has a supercharger…. Maybe that helped
7 th gear is 1to1 ratio

So the top speed if you have a whipple tune is 135 , and if you get a different tune , there is not limiter.

@@rstjeff 4wd system shouldn’t have problems when turning. The truck has differentials for a reason. I don’t think 4wd likes speeds above 40 though.
