My dad was so beyond strict with me! I hated it as a teenager. I thought he was so mean. Now I thank him with all my heart all the time for being so tough on me. I tell him how much I love him and how glad he was that way with me, because he told me I was naïve when I was a kid, and I truly was! I thank God every day that he gave me a father like the one I have. Social media wasn’t around when I was a kid, but I know he would’ve been on my back about it. I definitely would’ve thanked him in the future if I was born later. I love you dad!🤗🤗

Teach them about these platforms, teach them about the dark, and sinister things that can happen to young people on them, explain exactly why it is not a safe place for them to be when they are under age. They might think you are mean now, but when they are adults, they will thank you for doing what a parent should, and keeping them off of something that is inappropriate for children under age.

Umm, child 'protective' services 'lost' how many kids at the border? And then we have what we call 'foster care' until teens age out, having been passed around and abused.
