The illegals back then came from small villages where babies were born at home - but suddenly in the USA they began showing up at the Emergency Room to have their kids. Thank you, thank you Senator Kennedy. How anyone doesn’t understand the real tragedy of lack of fully enforced border policies for both the immigrants and our citizens is beyond me. It’s already too late. I see videos of cartel gangs in southern states just cruising around town and on freeways in body armor holding high power weapons up in plain view, nothing is done about it. They wouldn’t be doing that if they weren’t confident they were going to succeed. It’s over.
