This shows how much potential does digimon franchise actually has. This is absolutely a brilliant idea to give a better experience as a digimon tamer. Too bad Bandai never thought of something like this and instead we got the vital bracelet 🤦🏻♂️

I hope they do. They seem to only care about their Japanese fan base. The rest of the world can take a hike. Look at the digimon survive promotion cards. They had english copies of the cards but made it extremely hard to get. While in Japan they came with the game.

I'm not, you just have to see the open source software community to learn that people doing this for fun and with true passion will always beat companies when it comes to speed and even quality.
I hate to say this. Bandai couldn't care less about their fans. Especially ones that don't live in Japan and live in other countries. The release of survive was a joke and I had to fight them to give me the Pre-order bonus. On top of that look at the survive promotional cards. They made english copies but they were extremely hard to get.
As someone who has played w0rld for like 50 hrs I say that this is fire.

@@DigitalDream09 I think they tried something like it for the D-Arc back in the day but it didn't do well.
Bandai couldn't care less about us and it shows with survive and the survive promotion cards. They only care about their Japanese fan base.
@@TragicHeroMat Kinda. They care enough to give the shows a dub and release english versions of the cards and games. But not enough in my opinion.
Especially with the Premium Bandai being mostly Japan-only so if you're a fan of bandai franchises like kamen rider and digimon, enjoy looking at the things you can get >.>
But on a more positive spin, the fans are definitely keeping digimon alive all around the world and there are some members of bandai japan who want to get digimon more global again. I wouldn't be surprised if they released the digimon world series or the wonderswan games on steam later on. ^^

I kinda wish somehow Digivice is able to participate as well,but alas,this is a good start as any!
Most of Official Digimon mmorpg is mostly gacha based so far and honestly this is the closest one of the ideal Digimon Vpet based online game (closest to the original concept as well) that we rly wanted!
I think it has some digivices that are compatible, but I’m not sure. It’s worth a try!

I just got into digimon a week ago . ordered 4 of the 20ths and now ordered all the parts to build my own simple A-COM . its actually a lot more simpler then i thought it was gonna be and amazon had all the stuff. i mean prob spent close to 200$ CAN in all but i can build like 3 of those A-COMs so if one breaks or a buddy wants to get into it i have all the stuff for it. BUT YALL GOT TO GET ON I WANA PLAY! ill have er by the 20th wink wink but ya it looks like a cool game so everyone lets go to the digital world !

My digimon X came today, and I'm currently raising a tokomon. Still figuring out some controls, but it's a surprisingly more engaging than my old tamagotchi. This seems like a VERY cool project, I will be checking it out!

@@DigitalDream09hell yeah man! Dcom finally came and I loaded Kentaurosmon in, having some weird problems where it isn't recognising my battles when I initiate with wild mon, but I'm certain it's a me issue 😅
This look so awesome !!! Nice video,instant like!!! Just curious.... is there any boss fight? end game content? I can imagine at the end you get to fight 3 stages of Taichi - Greymon to MetalGreymon to BlitzGreymon. Or maybe against 7 demon lords X antibody. Game looks so much potential.
The questing stuff is still in the early stages, they’re kinda of releasing a few at a time. I think we’re a while away from the full story. Very exciting stuff though!

Tbh this is what I though izzy/koushiro's laptop toy did when I was a kid. He always had the feature to put a digivice in the keyboard to access it, so I thought you could put your digimon from the digivice into a virtual world on the laptop.
Not exactly an online game but was close enough. I didn't have a digivice back then (sold out everywhere) so I ended up playing digimon flash games on fox kids until I got a ps2 to play the ps1 games :p
The flash games I remember playing a lot were the digimon adventure rpg (with tai and agumon > greymon), the movie internet chasing game, the tentomon story telling game, the puyomon and TK flinging game, the digimon tamers rpg (that really long one) and I think another movie themed slider puzzle. No naturally the first real digimon game I got was digimon world 1 and I hated how hard it was XD
But during all of this (and a KFC digimon movie spinning top happy meal thing) I still imagined that izzy laptop to be this digivice online game all the time until (I think 2018) where I saw a review of it. :(

You're right, this is what I wanted, but it's not exactly what I wanted. It would be so cool if you could have more control over the battles sort of like Digimon World. I know that wouldn't work since they're using the actual vpets, but I don't know...

I was so hype when i saw the title and when i clicked on and heard i needed to wrangle up one of the v pet toys i did Fugo's angry shirt throw from Jojo part 5. I mean i think it's a cool feature but these toys are kind of old, it'd be nice for fans like me who ever got one as a kid to have a no v pet toy option.
You can still log in and explore/chat but yeah the v-pets are the main focus of this game 👍🏻

i'm curious if bandai would ever make a device to interface with the computer officially as i think they could enhance their products as a whole by just letting you send data to your computer to see your digimon's stat's and such.

Would it not be possible to develooe an app for battles using iPhone or Android. And either mutilate a charger and connect the right wires to the pins of the vpet for battle data transfer? Or develooe a native cable

There are some good sellers for dcoms. They run about 30 bucks for a prebuild. Their discord is active and has tons of guides and help to get setup.

Yeah! You can still log in and explore and chat. But if you want to battle then you will need a vpet and an acom 👍🏻
