umm it looks like you don't have the halyard running through the halyard restrainer. the halyard should run through the small block at the front of the mast (at the top) which prevents halyard wrap.

Maintain tension on both jib sheet and furling line when deploying and retracting.
We had this problem today. When it was time to roll up the sail it would turn about 3 turns then bind.
